On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating and underfloor heating. (Underfloor heating - for heating only). In winter, the fireplace is heated in the fireplace with ventilation to the next room. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 64 sqm and with tiled stove, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. You have access to the 36 sqm terrace (together with eat-in kitchen) with garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the 16 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 additional beds (appropriate only for children) and 1 cot. You have access to the 12 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Bozkov, 650 mASL. The holiday home is situated on an 800 sqm enclosed property, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Garden fenced on 3 sides. The comfortably furnished holiday house is located in the small village in the Giant Mountains foothills. Access via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
