This comfortably and beautifully furnished one-bedroom/one-bath private condominium is the perfect place for your time in Palm Springs! I have recently “freshened” my listing after remodeling. 5-star reviews from all travel sites. New flooring, paint, and dishwasher; kitchen cabinets, countertops and refrigerator are also very new. Shower/bath recently resurfaced.

Enjoy the greenbelts and beautiful mountain views from your patio or any of the nearby pools and jacuzzis. Downstairs condo and patio stay cool, even in warm weather, although air conditioning and fans all work great. Parking, as well as on site laundry are steps away.

Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, high speed WiFi, TVs in the living room and bedroom have Roku streaming devices, Sling TV and Hulu included, plus many apps installed. Putting green and new gazebo area just behind building. The nearest pool/jacuzzi and laundry are just steps away!

Downtown Palm Springs is just minutes away, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tram is just across the street.

Damage deposit ($500) and electricity fee ($200) are refundable if no damage (from pets or people) and no electricity overage ($100/month allowance). The pet fee (if applicable) and cleaning fee are non-refundable.
