The pool that was not heated was steps from our door. We enjoyed that pool as it was usually less busy. It would be nice if there was more sun shades but really nothing to complain about.

Palm Springs winter holiday

This property served our purpose just fine. The complex and our building were quiet and tenants were friendly and the grounds were really well maintained. There were loads of good parking spots as well. It was great to come back to our cozy condo after daily activities and be able to relax and watch the large screen t.v.. This condo has everything you need and a well equipped kitchen. The owner is friendly and responds promptly when necessary.

Unit has all necessary items for a pleasant stay. Bed is comfy, as is the couch. We didn't use the pool, but it is about 20 steps from the condo door. Pool area has plenty of lounges. We did use the laundry; an app must be loaded to phone, and deposited via CC, but that's simple. And only put in that you think you will need for laundry uses. When using, stand next to machine and the app will know where you are (if your Location setting is 'on'), select the machine, and proceed to wash or dry. Bring your own soap, and dryer sheet if necessary. This is a convenient and attractive unit, well located for experiencing the greater Palm Springs area.
