I’m very excited to welcome guests to my cosy two-bedroom ground floor flat in the popular city of Newcastle.

My flat is found on a residential street just outside of the city centre. It is a mixed working-class area.
ACCOMMODATION:
This property can accommodate three guests with one double bed and one single bed in
two separate rooms.

We have sofa bed in living room to accommodate extra one person. However, there is a little charge for bedding arrangement. An advance notification is needed for sofa bed to prepare.
PROPERTY INFORMATION:
The property is a ground floor flat and is spread across one floor only. However, there is
a small set of stairs leading up to the front door. Once you enter the property, you will be welcomed into a central hallway with both bedrooms leading off from this space. If you walk down the corridor, it will lead you to the living and dining area. This contains a sofa, dining area and a TV making the space a very functionable living area for guests.
The kitchen is at the rear of the property. This property benefits from a private spacious
backyard.

The flat is decorated to make it feel quite homely and welcoming and includes some quirky decorations to make it unique and memorable.
It is located 2 miles (10-minute drive) from Newcastle City Station. This distance is walkable; however, I would recommend catching the local bus from either Benwell Lane or Elswick Street; or make use of taxi companies in the area.
