Spacious and comfortable family home in Cancún, ideal for groups or families looking for a quiet, safe stay that offers excellent value for the money.
Located in a private gated community with 24-hour security, surrounded by parks and green spaces for walking or taking your pets for a stroll, you’ll have the peace of mind you need during your trip. Plus, there’s a convenience store right in the development, perfect for quick shopping trips.
The house is 30 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from the hotel zone and city centre Cancún. We recommend bringing or renting a car to get around more comfortably and make the most of your time in the city and its surroundings.
Our two-story home offers comfortable, functional, and bright spaces. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a queen-size bed. The second bedroom features a single bunk bed with three double beds, perfect for multiple guests. In the living room, there’s a sofa bed with extra space to relax. The house has a full bathroom and spacious closets for your luggage. High-speed Wi-Fi will allow you to work or stay connected. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchenware. It also features a dining area and a living room with a TV. The backyard is very large, ideal for relaxing, socialising, or for children and pets to enjoy. The property offers free and secure parking.
Among the available amenities and extras are air conditioning, pet-friendly accommodation, parks and green spaces within the area, and a safe and peaceful environment. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in the backyard and outdoor areas.
During your stay, you’ll have access to all the bedrooms, the full bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, the living room with a TV, the spacious backyard, and the secure parking.
I’ll be available to assist you during your stay, from answering any questions about the house to recommending places in Cancún and the surrounding area. Key pickup is in person from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with exceptions possible depending on availability.
