Casa Verde Private Appartment

Furnished, equipped and very comfortable apartment in the center of Cancun. Located in the tourist area of downtown Cancun, in a quiet and safe street, a few steps from an important avenue with access to city trucks and the hotel zone, which makes it great to move around in any transport ... You do not need to rent car! It is close to everything! Restaurants, banks, laundry, gym, gas station, Oxxo, Walmart and the famous 28 market for handicrafts.

The space
We have a small “cocktail pool”, it is the ideal size to cool off from the heat of Cancun.
The location of the apartment is unique for what is around it and for the benefit of the connectivity it offers to guests.
We offer autonomous arrival to the department.
The WIFI is excellent, so you can work remotely perfectly.
We recently updated the accommodation with a new air conditioning, a larger and more comfortable bed and a pergola on the terrace to better enjoy the outdoor area.
We take the cleaning and disinfection of the Apartment very seriously and at this time we are taking special precautions to disinfect the space due to the pandemic.

Guest access
Guests have an autonomous and independent entrance to the apartment, the cocktail pool area is the only part shared with us, the hosts, but we really always let our visitors enjoy the space for themselves.

Other things to note
We clean and disinfect the apartment before each arrival and allow approximately 4 days between one reservation and another. Bed and bath linens are washed with chlorine and disinfected, in addition to kitchen and bathroom utensils, and the most used surfaces such as tables, countertops, handles, etc. We provide soap and antibacterial gel inside the accommodation and other cleaning products and utensils.
