Excellent quiet property in the middle of Fitzrovia, easy walk to everything. Clean and comfortable 1BR flat with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Even a very clever fold out dining table for two with chairs. My single complaint was with check in. The keys are in a lockbox across the street. That's included in the instructions but you quickly discover that there are a dozen lock boxes across the street. It would be trivial for the instructions to say "Go to the northwest corner of 1st St and Oak St and look for the lockbox that looks like this (with a picture). Or.include a Google map pin (though that's likely less accurate). The management operation feels unprofessional and chaotic, which is unfortunate because the property itself is great and reasonably priced for its location.
