As long as the weather is not hot, the stay will be very pleasant
The house was well appointed and conveniently located near the supermarket. It was a 15-minute walk to downtown Caernarfon

Great house!
In a really convenient location for both Caernarfon and as a base to explore the Llyn peninsula. Chris is a fantastic host who gave really clear instructions. House has everything you could want and more

A little disappointed
Well equipped. Clean.
We couldn't get the main oven to work. We followed the instructions but then nothing happened. There doesn't need to be so many decorative things. We had to move so many things away from the children. The mattress in the master bedroom was very soft but had hard bits. I think they were springs.
As you can't move the house, these can't be improved. The roads around are very busy, the main road is noisy. We found it difficult to find parking near the house, with two children under 4 this made it inconvenient. Lots of teens around due to McDonald's being just down the road and lots of litter too.

Very Much enjoyed the house
Well-equipped and attractive kitchen. Roomy very nicely decorated bedrooms. Great view of Caernarfon Castle and easy walk down to Castle Square. Most of the walk is on a walled path out of the noise of traffic. Tresco very close by. Overall, the house added to our travels and if in the area again I would certainly be interested in booking it again.
House was very clean and convenient to the center of town. There was a good instruction manual but we were a little overwhelmed with instructions for the heating, the tv, the cooker… it all seemed a bit complicated! It was right on a road with traffic that we didn’t expect but entry was through the back door so we got used to it. Parking was a little problematic but we managed. Also, it would have been convenient if they could have provided towels. We got the message after we had flown into the UK so had to buy towels. Overall though, it worked well enough for us. We stayed for a week in early March - it is a good area to visit.
