I had a bad experience with the key handover, as the safe is a bit broken and it’s a bit tricky to open. I tried to call the number but it didn’t work – you could only contact them via text message! The shower heads in the bathrooms need servicing, the TV in the bedroom doesn’t work and there was no light in the smaller bedroom! It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and this time I noticed everything was a bit run down!

: Well located and spacious The musty smell in the house. The hydromassage column in the en-suite bathroom had a tap in poor condition. The crockery in the cupboards was dusty and we had to wash it before using it. And finally, we weren’t given the option of a late check-out, even though they made us check in late.
