Lovely little place - simple no pretensions- what I had looked for- Very clean and well equipped In a wonderful small town - Caminha- where the views of white Sandy beaches and blue waters abound! Small friendly town Owners very discreet but there when needed! Perfect for a family with1 or 2 children

Delightful, well located cottage

Cozy, clean and in a lovely old village. We enjoyed our stay very much. The landlord lives close by and could not have been more helpful even though we didn't speak the same language. It is easy to explore Northern Portugal from here and also make day trips into Spain. There are some good restaurants close by but if you wish to cook everything you need is there and a store is close by! We would go back!!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful historic area.

This is a quaint and lovely cottage and we really enjoyed our 10 day stay. The yard is large and the patio is very private. The cottage is tastefully furnished and has all the conveniences of modern living but with a feeling of the past. There are beaches near by, Caminha is a lovely old town with a beautiful square. Great place to sit with a coffee or wine. The owners were very friendly and helpful even bringing a basket or organic fruit and vegetables from their garden. I would love to go back and spend a month!!

Gestört haben uns die riesigen, uralten Möbel, die sehr unpraktisch (außer Küche) und z.T. unbequem, außerdem hässlich waren. Die TV- Sender ließen sich z.T. nicht gut einstellen. Aber insgesamt eine nette, saubere, ruhige Unterkunft.

Location parfaitement adaptée à un séjour de deux personnes. Elle est proche du centre bourg (bistrots, marchés...), des commerces, des plages et des chemins de randonnées (y compris Santiago). La majorité des déplacements peuvent donc se faire à pied. Elle est largement équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Elle est très calme.

zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Caminha und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

La casa Do Contado si trova in una zona molto tranquilla del bellissimo paese di Caminha, un luogo magico al confine tra Portogallo e Spagna e tra fiume e oceano. La casa è semplice e tipica, gli esterni sono molto belli, con alberi e piante rigogliose. Si può andare a piedi in centro in 10 minuti e in pochi minuti di auto si trovano belle spiaggie e paesi. La proprietaria è discreta e gentile. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung, mit dem Vermieter keine englischsprachige Verständigung möglich, nur spanisch oder portugiesisch. Supermärkte und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Ansonsten ein perfekter Platz für 2 Personen, um in Ruhe, den Urlaub zu genießen. Tolles Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis!

Casa bonita y muy tranquila.

Casita muy bonita, con patio y jardín para disfrutar del exterior. Muy bien situada, a 10 min andando del centro de Carminha, en una zona muy tranquila. La casa está muy bien equipada, la ducha funciona estupendamente y la cama grande es muy cómoda. La cocina es muy amplia y con menaje suficiente para hacer comidas y cenas sin mucha elaboración. Como único comentario negativo pondría que el sofá es algo incómodo de ahí la valoración global de cuatro estrellas, (no es el que aparece en las foto). Las fotos de la cocina tampoco están actualizadas, ahora tiene 2 encimeras a lo largo de las 2 pareces y un montón de armarios para almacenaje. La dueña es muy amable y discreta y nos regaló huevos de casa, una delicia y no hubo ningún problema ni para recoger las llaves fuera del horario que indican en la web ni a la hora de la salida. Muy recomendable.

Tolles Haus, zentrale Lage, zum Meer oder Fluß, Berg oder Ort alles ein kurzer Fußweg. Riesiger Wochenmarkt und eine kleine Fisch, Obst, Gemüse Halle. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht und liegt so ruhig das man den Urlaub genießen kann.

Einfach und schön. Bis auf die...

Einfach und schön. Bis auf die Mückennetze an den Fenstern war alles da. Absolut ruhig. Wir würden wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in der Serra D´Arga. Die Routen sind nicht immer leicht zu erkennen, dafür wunderschöne Natur, Wildpferde, Ruhe, Flüsse zum Baden. Sehr erholsam.

Confortable, au calme et très bien équipée

Nous recommandons vivement cette charmante maison au calme (au bout d'une impasse, donc pas de circulation), confortable, très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. (à noter la literie de qualité). De plus, idéalement située, elle permet de se rendre à pied au centre ville en empruntant des petits chemins ou de faire ses courses au petit supermarché de proximité à environ 500m, de faire de belles ballades aux alentours et aussi de visiter la région nord du Portugal en voiture. Nous avons également emprunté le bac pour une petite excursion en Espagne. Ne pas rater le marché de Caminha le mercredi et surtout celui de Barcelos le jeudi (incontournable !). Pour les amateurs de poissons, se rendre au petit port de pêche de Moledo, direction Viana de Costelo où vous pourrez acheter des poissons encore vivants.(le matin uniquement, de 9h00 à 11h00). Nous remercions le propriétaire et sa fille sympathiques et très attentionnés pour cet agréable séjour.

sehr schönes, funktionell eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. eigenständige Lage, sehr preisgünstig, Ich war mit meinem Sohn dort und komme gerne wieder.
