The open kitchen is updated with stainless appliances, updated with a large built-in table, granite countertops, and clean white cabinets. Everything you need to cook a fabulous meal or just heat leftovers from one of Sanibel’s great restaurants. The wood floors extend to the dining area and large living room both with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Sit on your private screened lanai and enjoy the tropical landscaping and sounds of the waves. The master bedroom suite with its comfortable king bed creates the perfect place for a great night’s sleep. The master bath features granite countertops and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. The guest bedroom is bright and tropical with two twin beds. Guest will love their bathroom with a large tiled shower/tub combo. Kids and adults both love the loft with two twin beds and views. Walk the beautiful shell-lined beach, bike to the local shops; swim in the heated pool, fish off your beach or just do nothing all day.
*Coquina Beach has one assigned parking space per unit a heated pool and a community grill.
