Three floors:
Ground floor: fun & entertainment-Heated pool and tub- ping pong table.
First floor- open kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings. Flat panel TV. Spacious kitchen updated & well equipped. Two guest bedrooms share recently remodeled full bathroom w/double vanities. Living area next to screened lanai for outdoor dining over looking pool & tropical surroundings.
Top floor: master suite- very comfortable with private en-suite recently renovated bathroom, Jacuzzi & shower.

We felt very welcome

We felt very welcomed by Alberto and everyone we encountered on Sanibel Island. We have stayed as Casa Alta several times and find Alberto to be very responsive to any questions or concerns we have. The neighborhood is quiet and close to beach and bike path. The house is clean, well kept, and ready for visitors.

Casa Alta Love

This was our second visit to Casa Alta. We love the sparkly clean pool and hot tub. The al fresco dining area is awesome. The house sets up well for guests with two bedrooms either side of a full bath. Love the little path that opens up to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and a perfect beach that is wide and very quiet. Alberto is quick and responsive when we have needed his assistance.

Awesome Family Stay

A great location for beach & bike access. This part of the beach is away from the condos/inns so it never got too busy. The house was very clean and perfectly set up for a family stay. Alberto was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Being able to bring our westie was another big perk. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay - support

Nothing better for an Sanibel Island getaway, beach access w/privacy, pool and biking. Alberto was fully responsive to any questions and needs and hope to come back again soon.
