Beach Casitas at Playa Bonita

Thank you for the kind response. We are pleased that the arrangement worked well for you. Our staff strive to do their best to make each client stay a good as possible. We are striving every day to make our casitas more comfortable for our clients and your remarks about the bed are noted. Lastly I would like to say that the banda music entertainment on the Blvd to Playa Bonita was at "no charge[. Just kidding, it is a favorite spot for the locals of Penasco to listen to the several bands or entertainers who set up on most weekends along with some really good food vendors. Some of our guest go and join the fiesta, but with that said we are upgrading the window in the future to help dampen the sound. Thank you again for the nice review and we hope to see you again….

Tthank you for your review. Yes the location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment venues. Sorry about the toilet paper issues, I believed there to be at least two rolls in the casitas but it may have been overlooked and I apologize. I bought 500 rolls on Wednesday last week and forgot to give them to my staff. Again my sincerest apologies, please stay with us again.

Dear Owner. We have never had any negative comments with any renters that the property was not as advertised and presented. You clearly stated that if we did not refund the half of your payment you would complain to VRBO and you are true to your threat. Your comments about the property do not remotely comport with any other reviews. The weather was terrible during your stay and perhaps your agenda was to go home early and to try to get a refund. There is no cancellation due to weather. You had a remote control. The property is as described on VRBO. Definitely there is a kitchen, you have utensils. The BBQ is and was outside. If you did not have something else you needed, all you had to do was to ask and you would be provided with the item. Other guests left because they rented the property for just one night. . You stated that you did not have a remote control when in fact it was located inside the casita and this is in fact why we do not charge you against the deposit and the deposit is being released to you with no problem. You had an opportunity when you checked in to communicate with us regarding any additional items you needed. You left without communicating any concerns before you left to give us any opportunity to respond. We do everything we can for our clients to make sure that guests have a good experience. The property that was rented was exactly as advertised. The renter said we do not have a microwave. We do not advertised a microwave for the rental. The linens were clean. The TV remote was found in the apartment the next morning after the renter left. We advertise air conditioning, the unit has air conditioning. The BBQ is located outside by the utility office and it is in fact there. At the time of check in the guests were specifically asked if they needed anything else in both English and Spanish and their answer was 'No". As to any complains about noise, we can not control it. It is in the center of Puerto Penasco close to the beach where people gather to have fun especially during the weekend. We think that these type of renters make it difficult for both the property owners, new renters and the companies. You see we did not meet the conditions of his blackmailing and he does retaliate against us. These type of renters should not be allowed to be a part of VRBO. Objectively by any measure we fulfilled our obligation to this renter and we can not be held responsible for their luck of truthfulness.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay in our facility. We have accommodated you for the early check in at 12 noon, we were happy to do it. Our manager was waiting to check you in for some 1.5 hr and you did not arrive until later. We do not hold it against our guests, of course.As soon as you arrived we came back to check you in. So, we have a number to call, we have an e-mail we are staying in communications and we were happy to come very early on the morning of check out. We also have a night guard for the extra security. We too found you to be nice and friendly and we hope you come back next time you decide to stay in Rocky point.
