Las Conchas is an exclusive gated community in Puerto Penasco made up of elegant, single family beach homes. Situated at the end of the magnificent Las Conchas peninsula, you’ll find the newly constructed Tessoro.

Take your private elevator directly into a beautifully furnished, spacious condo that sleeps 6-8. There are three bedrooms (each with a king bed), two full baths and two private balconies -- one facing east and one facing west. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if extra sleeping accommodations are needed. Since Tessoro is located on a peninsula, you can enjoy a view of the water from every room in this 1755 square foot paradise…and that doesn’t include the outdoor space, which is another 500 square feet!

Perched on the 4th floor, our location offers the perfect mix of a panoramic view of the seascape, coupled with of a view of the elegantly lit infinity pool and other interesting landscape and onyx light features below.

Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen that boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while overlooking the breathtaking Sea of Cortez. The owners love to cook, so the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as stocked with gorgeous stoneware to set an elegant table. Have dinner at the stone mosaic table out on the balcony while experiencing some of the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen. Take a warm bubble bath in the jetted tub behind the backlit golden onyx alter, or indulge in your own private hot tub on the balcony.

Take advantage of the exclusivity of the Las Conchas peninsula, where you’ll feel like you’re on the edge of world with your own private beach. Explore the diversity of the tide pools that form differently each day, and even each hour. A bird watching paradise - take in the many different species of gorgeous birds that call the peninsula their home. You may even get lucky enough to spot dolphins, sea lions, or even the occasional fin whale. The estuary is also the ideal spot to kayak or stand up paddle board.

For your convenience, there is a landline phone for your use to call the States, and a wireless internet connection.

The condo is equipped with a Blu-ray disc player, DVD player, and four televisions. There is also a selection of movies. The condo has a c.d player, and 2 small Ipod docking stations.

There is a private laundry room available for stays of 5 nights or longer (shorter stays require an extra charge).

Within a few miles of Las Conchas, you can explore various parts of town with many restaurants, shops, etc.
