Lovely stay in a peaceful location

The accommodation was clean and welcoming. The welcome pack was a thoughtful extra with fresh milk, eggs and bread. Tea and coffee was also provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept really well. Patio table and chairs ideal for eating outside even though it was late September, a bonus. Grassed area accessible from the car park was great for letting the dog out. Easy 15 minutes drive into Hartfield to visit Winnie the Pooh sites & Ashdown Forest.

The Cow Shed - excellent accommodation

The Cow Shed has everything you could possibly need (and more) for your stay. Conveniently located in an area with lots to see. Or you could just relax in the lovely sunny courtyard. Although situated on a working farm we were not disturbed by any noise.

Beautiful well equipped cottage

A luxury cottage in a beautiful setting. Tastefully furnished with a pretty garden. Unfortunately the countryside setting wasn’t that peaceful as sporadically two very loud men were working on restoring some vintage double decker buses in the adjoining barn - language and diesel fumes not so welcome.
