Meadow View is a charming one-bedroom, single storey property on the edge of the quaint village of Brampton. This holiday cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard to provide light, bright, comfortable accommodation for a couple or a single person. It sits in a wonderful rural spot, ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside, yet only a short drive to the quintessential seaside town of Southwold and its sandy beaches.
You’re welcomed into the charming open plan living space with some exposed beams, a two-seater sofa, table, and chairs, should you wish to dine in, and a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, free-standing full-size fridge / freezer, small integrated dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, toaster, and kettle. With glazed doors and windows looking out to the countryside, this is a lovely light and airy space. There is underfloor heating throughout the property making it lovely and cosy in the cooler months.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, hand basin with a cupboard below, heated towel rail, large mirror with touch button lighting.
There is an enclosed paved garden with garden furniture, the perfect spot to dine al fresco or simply, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun
