Woodhill 2 is a spacious, beautiful and private fully furnished home, located in a quiet neighborhood in East Point GA. This property is just 14 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 20-28 minutes from Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (all Downtown) and experience Atlanta’s finest restaurant and nightlife scene in Midtown. By being centrally located near the airport and next to major highways, many of Atlanta’s attractions are within a short commute away (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia, Stone Mountain Park, etc.).

This is a 6 Bedroom (6 Beds) home with 3 full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, Family Room, 2 Kitchens, 2 Dining Areas, a 2-car Car-port and Game Room with Foosball Table. It also has a nice private fenced-in backyard including a patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ gas grill, private semi-inground pool and newly added Hot Tub. This property sleeps 12 people.

The layout is as follows:
1. The Main Level consists of a Master King Bedroom with Smart TV and full Bathroom (walk-in shower), two additional Queen Bedrooms (one with make-up vanity), a full Hallway Bathroom with double vanity (combination tub/shower), a Family Room, a full Kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and car-port access, and a large open space with Living Room and Dining Room, as well as a Laundry Room and hardwood floors throughout. The Main Level can sleep up to 6 guests.
2. The Lower Level (=pool ground level) consists of 3 Queen Bedrooms, a Game Room with Foosball Table and Office Area (desk, chair, and lamp), a full Hallway Bathroom (walk-in shower) and a large open space with Living Room with TV, a small Kitchen, and a Dining Area and access to the backyard patio. The Lower Level can sleep up to 6 guests.
3. Outside Area features a 2-Car Car-Port. The large fenced-in backyard consists of a back Patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ gas grill and newly added Hot Tub, as well as a beautiful pool area with private pool and lounge chairs (only in summer season). The SWIMMING POOL is only open in the summer months from the last weekend of April until the last weekend of September and is not heated. HOT TUB is open all year long. Please note that the pool is a semi-inground pool that is quite large at 18 feet x 33 feet, and 4.5 feet deep. It feels and operates just like a standard pool and is made of the highest quality material and liner in the industry to provide an experience similar to a standard inground pool. By having a large deck built right up to the edge of the pool, guests can enjoy and have the same experience and look of an inground pool.

Pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED for reservations of less than 30 nights. Pets can get authorized for reservations of 30 nights or more with explicit approval by Management in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $500/pet (NON-refundable), some verification (=current valid vaccination reports) and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules (see below) are required. Any evidence of unapproved pets will result in a charge against your full Damage Deposit.

As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have 1 outdoor security camera on the exterior wall facing the driveway/carport door, and 2 outdoor security cameras on the back exterior wall facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside, and 1 outside by the seating area.

Please note – We strive to keep our property peaceful and safe for everyone. No parties, large gatherings, or loud groups are allowed. Visitors or extra guests (for stays under 30 nights) are only permitted if pre-approved and added to the reservation's total guest count. All guests—including children and any approved visitors—must be included in the reservation guest count at booking or added prior to check-in. The property “SLEEPS” 12 guests in beds, and the total maximum occupancy—including visitors—cannot exceed 14 individuals. There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 12 people up to the maximum occupancy.
*Limited visitor exceptions above the maximum occupancy may be requested and, if approved, are subject to a fee:
• For stays up to 3 nights: $60 per visitor.
• For stays of 4+ nights: $100 per visitor.
Fees must be paid before check-in, and full names of approved visitors are required.
Please note that sleeping arrangements, beds, bedding, towels, and other amenities remain limited to the property’s maximum occupancy.
Violations of these most critical house rules may result in a $750 penalty and immediate removal without refund. Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM and strictly enforced per county regulations.
