I sincerely apologize for the maintenance and cleanliness issues you experienced upon arrival. This is not the standard we strive to maintain, and I understand how disappointing and inconvenient this must have been ;especially given the needs of your disabled family member. Regarding the shower door, once the issue was reported, we immediately contacted our maintenance team. Unfortunately, they were unable to access the property until the following day, which coincided with your checkout date. I understand that this timing did not provide a workable solution during your stay, and I regret the frustration this caused. As an immediate goodwill gesture, a late checkout was offered, though I recognize it did not resolve the underlying concern. All issues raised have since been addressed with our maintenance and cleaning teams, and additional inspections have been implemented to prevent a recurrence. Your feedback has been taken seriously and is helping us improve how the property is managed moving forward.
