This modern, recently renovated apartment is located in a quiet area with excellent connections to the heart of Valencia. Stylishly decorated, the apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is family-friendly and features shops, cafés, restaurants and a children's playground, plus quick access to both the city centre and the beach. A bus stop just 50 metres away connects directly to the centre in about 10 minutes, ideal for families or small groups of friends.



🏡 The Space

The apartment has spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage for your belongings. One bedroom includes two double beds and the other two single beds, both with soft cotton bedding and large wardrobes.



The bathroom is partially adapted for people with reduced mobility, as it features grab bars and an accessible walk-in shower. However, it is not fully suitable for wheelchair users, due to limited space in front of the toilet and the shower layout.



The living and dining area has air conditioning and offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a table for four people.



The open-plan kitchen integrates with the lounge and features an induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and ample storage space.

Basic apartment but worth the money

Basic apartment but worth the money. Location is a bit out of town but easy to reach with Uberpublic transport (if you bring a bit of time) Only downside is that we were lacking a few basic things such as soap and toilet paper, however the host was responsive and provided us with everything we needed :)

Overall a nice place that is close to public transportation stops that can easily get you to the city center in 15-20 minutes. For my family of 5 as short term stay it worked well, but wouldn't like it for more than a few days. Positives were that it is nicely updated and has comfortable beds. A few cons they didn't have any basic essentials like shampoo, body wash, salt, oil it seasonings. These things always make a place nicer when traveling with a family and planning to actually the kitchen. The place is on the first floor looking out at the park. This is nice but also we didn't feel we could open the windows because lots of people walking by then are looking right in at you. The place has a washer, but no clothes lineplace to dry your clothes. We mainly slept there and spent late evenings so it worked fine for 3 nights.

Het verblijf was precies zoals op de foto’s. De accommodatie grenst aan een pleintje en daar waren altijd mensen aan het kletsen en kinderen aan het spelen. Gezellige buurt!

Wunderschöne, saubere Wohnung. Für 6 Personen knapp eigerichtet (kleiner Tisch, wenig Srühle). Das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind extrem bequem, wir haben alle perfekt geschlafen. Vielen, vielen Dank!
