The prized 'Wedding Cake Mansion' is the jewel of Monterey Square. The historical square was made famous from being featured in the movie 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil'. Monterey Square is unquestionably the most beautiful square in Savannah. The square is graced by mansions on all corners, draped in Spanish moss and anchored with historic monuments.

This 1869 2nd Empire Baroque Home takes your breath the minute you see it. The elaborate white bay window is so ornately decorated with stained glass windows and ornamental iron work that the long time residents of Savannah have always said it resembles an elegantly decorated 'wedding cake'. This architecture is very unique to Savannah with only a few examples in the Historic District. The French influence is carried throughout the house with french antiques, art and decor. The resplendent bedrooms with en suite bathrooms offer every luxurious accouterments expected from the savvy, refined traveler.

This reservation includes ONE private, garage parking space.

PARKING for additional vehicles:
Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.
You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone

Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street/912.651.6470.

Fabulous family reunion

Lovely restored Savannah row house with sufficient beds/baths for reunion. Located close to Forsyth Park, coffee shops, co-op grocery & restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds, updated kitchen & baths. Property Management responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location and spacious property

Belated 60th birthday celebration for my husband with friends. We had 9 in our group and could easily have accommodated another 4 people. Fabulous location, we were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great house w/ very comfortable accommodations and in a great location!

We would recommend this house for a large group. The dining room and the table was great for our sales meeting. It was a great team building experience with my colleagues and we all enjoyed each other’s company. It was very laid back and all the house was huge and beautiful. The kitchen was a great hang out. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools to cook our breakfast and lunches. The terrace was also a wonderful place to hang out and have a cocktail and a cigar. We would book it again!
