About this property

South Mission Beach with water view! Parking spot, BBQ, Hot Tub

Wonderful remodeled South Mission beach condo in a gated complex with 14 units. Top floor with beautiful views of the water and boats from the living room. Condo has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper couch with memory foam mattress. One bathroom with beautiful walk in shower. Brand new kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. Walk to the right and you are on the famous Mission Beach with surfing, volleyball courts, basketball courts and miles of bike paths. Walk to the left and you have the calm waters of the bay along with a kids playground and a grassy area for picnics. Watch the sunset and the sailboats go by from the Hot Tub on the shared patio. BBQ provided if you feel like cooking outdoors while enjoying the ocean breeze and views of the water or you can visit restaurants within minutes. The new kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you might need during your stay. Drip and Keurig coffee pots, air fryer, blender, toaster and utensils. You'll have beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella and most importantly a designated small parking space! Coin/app laundry is available off of the patio. Floor portable A/C in the unit. There are about 15 steps up to the unit.

There's so much to enjoy in San Diego whether it's your first trip or your annual vacation spot! Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Belmont Park, Little Italy, Gaslamp District, Horton Plaza, the USS Midway, Old town, Seaport Village, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines and Legoland to name a few. All a short drive away and easy access from the airport which is 9.2 miles away. The condo is comfortable for 2 guests. There is extra free parking available on the bay and beach side near the condo if your vehicle does not fit into designated spot. Please check signs for any restrictions when parking.

Minimum age for check in is 23 yrs of age. I can't wait to have you visit and I will try to make your stay enjoyable as possible! Come enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather!

Why they chose this property

I have been going to Mission Beach since 1985. I have dreamed of a property with a water view. When I visited this property and looked out to the water from my living room I knew it was perfect for myself, my family and guests. It's cozy, comfortable and the location can't be beat.
