Rich was an excellent host and very accommodating. His check in details were very thorough and detailed. He checked in to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Allowed us to check in earlier and check out a little later. The condo is located in a pristine neighbourhood and very quiet. The unit is clean, spacious and comfortable from the beds and bedding right down to the soft towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rich's place has every possible thing you need, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plus many, many extras. Everything has been well thought out and felt very homey. All you have to do is bring yourself and your clothes. The view from the balcony overlooking the gold course was peaceful. We really appreciated the ceiling fan outside. I made sitting on the balcony very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again when we come back to Myrtle Beach. Thanks for everything Rich!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the view from the balcony overlooking the golf was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Stay in Myrtle Beach - Barefoot Resort

Barefoot Resort was very nice community with a relaxed atmosphere that was a very close car ride to the main shops and attractions. The condo was very nice, clean, and had all the accommodations for the beach. House was very well stocked with the daily living accommodations. Richard was very helpful and checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything in the condo. Certainly would highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Excellent Stay

Richard’s place was wonderful. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and it was a truly great experience. Condo was comfortable and very clean with everything you would need. Including streaming for Netflix, Hulu and Disney is a nice touch. Richard responded in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I definitely recommend staying there and I would love to stay again.

North Myrtle Beach Condo in Barefoot Resort

Great, well maintained condo. Close to pool, beach, and lots of fun activities. Host provided lots of thoughtful extras-laundry pods, dish washing liquid, paper towels, even a filled brita water pitcher, plus all of the beach gear and dog gear. It's on the third floor so it's a good view of the golf course. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at this property!

I can't recommend Rich enough as a host! He provided complimentary snacks and beverages when we checked in. Beach towels, dog bowels, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, beach chairs and a wagon were all included. Rich was also extremely responsive as a host when the fire alarm was beeping. It was fixed the next day. The check out process was also a breeze. 5/5 stars and would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Nice Condo/Great Location

We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean, spacious and had very comfortable furniture…the bed and bedding was so comfy! Richard was a great host checking in on us throughout our stay. He has thought of everything from the nice little coffee bar with an expresso maker to the bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. The neighborhood/community was perfect and close to everything. We enjoyed the huge pool and the Marina bar and grill! We had a blast and would recommend booking this condo!l

Perfect Place for our Myrtle Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Barefoot. The resort was clean, well maintained, and perfectly safe to walk around. It is also very large, so walking possibilities are endless. We didn't have bikes, but they would also be great there. The condo was excellent. Clean, well decorated, and spacious. We actually enjoyed the third floor because the view from the balcony was great. The condo had way more amenities than we needed, but suffice to say, it was not lacking of anything. Location was good, as it was just a short drive to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We recommend this place and hope to return.

Ex-cellent

The property was nearly perfect: new, neat, fully stocked, missing nothing. Things that would have been nice: knowing how far back in the resort the property sits; knowing the unit was on the walk-up third floor; knowing how to dispose of waste vs. recycling; instructions for the very sparse TV remotes that likely could do just about anything (if we could’ve figured them out). All tiny “issues” that didn’t diminish our enjoyment one bit. (Also annoying how this space won’t allow editing!

About the host

Every detail of this condo has been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing, comfortable stay. If there’s anything I can do before or during your visit to make your vacation even better, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I personally manage the property and want every guest to have a five-star experience. Welcome to Barefoot Resort, and enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

Barefoot Resort is one of the most desirable communities in North Myrtle Beach because it offers a true resort experience without the crowds.

You’re just minutes from the beach, Barefoot Landing, championship golf, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, yet tucked away in a quiet, beautifully maintained community with scenic golf course views, resort-style pools, walking paths, and a seasonal beach shuttle.

What I love most is the balance. You can spend the day at the beach, on the golf course, or exploring the area, then return to a peaceful setting where you can truly unwind. It’s close to everything, but it never feels hectic.

What makes this property unique

This isn’t just another vacation rental. It’s a condo that’s been thoughtfully renovated and furnished to feel more like a private vacation home than a typical rental.

Nearly every room has been updated with premium finishes, quality furnishings, and a clean, modern design. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, small appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals comfortably, while the living spaces are designed to feel bright, open, and relaxing.

One of the biggest conveniences is the premium Tommy Bahama beach setup. Chairs, umbrella, beach cart, boogie boards, toys, and other beach essentials are provided, so you can arrive, unpack, and head straight to the beach without buying or bringing extra gear.

As a pet-friendly condo, your four-legged family members are welcome too, making it easier for everyone to enjoy the trip together.

What really sets this property apart is the attention to detail. From the furnishings to the amenities to the little touches throughout the condo, everything has been chosen with one goal in mind: creating a comfortable, relaxing vacation that guests look forward to returning to year after year.
