We had a great trip to St. Augustine and having this wonderful accommodation was definitely a contributing factor! The home was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond when we needed some help getting the WiFi back up and running after a night of storms. The location also could not have been better. We would stay here again!

What a beautiful property, everything you need for a true Florida beach is supplied for you! All of the beach equipment you need is supplied for you and it’s a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The house was beautifully designed and had great signs throughout it to help us feel comfortable and ensure we were taking care of the home like our own. The pool was beautiful to swim and Rich was able to turn it while I was out golfing so my wife and friends could use it. Rich, Lauren and their team were so responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We got a call about 3 hours after checking out and Lauren called us to let us know we forgot a bag of clothes. When you rent this place you get everything you paid for and more! Next time we come to St. Augustine I always know where we’re staying!

Lauren & Rich are fantastic hosts and the house reflects it. The beachy-chic vibe throughout is bright and airy, and very clean. The kitchen is up to date and has quality pots & pans; I was even able to make some sourdough bread! Beds were very comfortable. Great location to get to the beach and restaurants. The pool was also a wonderful respite. The worst part was having to leave!

We all loved Rich and Lauren’s vacation home for our family’s first vacation together!! Their beach house was decorated beautifully and comfortable at the same time. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, the pier and a tasty French Bakery. The lighthouse was nearby for 219 steps to the top and a great view. A great vacation rental!

This property was perfect for a family wedding in Saint Augustine. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Enjoyed the closeness to the beach and all the wedding activities. Quite street, great views. We had the pool heated and even though it rained most of our stay, we still enjoyed the pool in the rain!!
