Just Coasting is an amazing 5 bedroom 4.5 bath ocean view home is on the non driving section of beautiful St Augustine Beach. Once you enter this home it embraces you with a feeling of the beach. The first floor has a large living area, perfect for entertaining, a full bath, and games the whole family will enjoy. Pass through the back door (or garage doors) and enter your own outside oasis. Head up the interior staircase to the heart of this home. Once you arrive on the second floor you will see that this was designed for entertaining. The large open living room, dining area and an over sized kitchen are just what you need to kick back and relax or entertain your family. There is a large covered porch on this floor with peaks of the ocean. There are also the master bedroom on this floor with a King bed and private full bathroom. Head up the staircase and be greeted by 4 more bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is on this floor has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd has a queen bed and the 4th has 2 twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have access to a balcony at the top ot the stairs! This home is just steps to the non driving beach, restaurants, and coffee shop. St. Augustine beach stay

Kitchen could have been stocked and drawers arranged better. Plastic glassware was scratched and split. Could really use an umbrella or an awning in the back of the house.

Perfect location with plenty to do!

This was the perfect house for a bachelorette weekend with plenty to do! With the house steps from the beach, having a nice pool and outside space to gather, and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, this was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of space for all of us and had everything we needed for a good stay.

Family trip!

Incredible location and perfect for a larger family. So many great places within walking distance, the beach was steps away and the outside pool area was perfect to return to after a day in town or down by the water. Cannot recommend this listing enough. We had everything we needed and then some. Already looking forward to booking here again next year.
