Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes que experimentó durante su estancia. La seguridad es una prioridad y estamos trabajando para corregir el problema de la cerradura y las puertas de la ducha. También queremos informarle que el mando del aire acondicionado ha sido reemplazado y el mueble del lavabo será reparado. En cuanto al contenido inusual en el cajón de la cómoda, ya hemos revisado y limpiado. Entendemos lo molesto que puede ser el ruido de la calle y agradecemos su comprensión respecto a la ubicación céntrica.
