We went through VRBO and the owner was great and requested a unit for us and it was honored. Would be nice to have something open past 5pm to get drinks and food!

Perfect Weekend Stay

This was a perfect location for what we needed, and all of the vacation rentals on the property were well up kept with a wonderful staff. Extremely spacious, more so than I had expected! We got a nice golf course view and short walk to the surrounding parking lot. Very easy and enjoyable experience, and would definitely book again! :)

Great value and location for staying in Palm Springs

The Welk Resort is a well-established property located in Cathedral City and adjacent to Palm Springs. Access to everything the area has to offer is very easy from here. The "condos" are 1-bedroom / 1-bath, nicely appointed and stocked with all the kitchen items needed for a long-term stay. Met a lot of nice folks from all over - many of whom stay there for 6 weeks or more as snow birds. The pool area is great, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. As a Welk Resort property, there are planned activities available on a daily basis, ranging from water aerobics, yoga, art projects to happy hour in the afternoon, virtual reality activities, an Escape Room, as well as poker tournaments. There is a game room with pool tables, pinball machines, and other arcade attractions, all in great working order. The staff at the property was very helpful in providing information on the area. The property shares a path and frontage with the Cathedral Canyon Golf Club. Guests get a discounted rate at the course, which is walking distance from the condos. The Golf Club also has a tennis club and restaurant. All in all, we were very pleased with the property. Suggest that one requests a condo that has a view of the mountains and golf course - these are the most desirable, and therefore may book up more quickly.

Easy Fantastic Stay

Jeremy was so easy to communicate with and did his best in making sure our checkin process would be smooth and that we'd be happy with our stay. Our room was actually more spacious than we expected it to be which was a pleasant surprise. We fit very comfortably and it wasn't too hard of a drive to go to Coachella and back each day. Absolutely recommend.
