With approximately 130 m2 of living space spread over two floors, Villa Karla combines functionality and style, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you’ll immediately feel at home.

Bedrooms and layout

The villa features three modern, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor, making it ideal for guests who prefer accommodation without stairs, while the remaining two bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, offering lovely views of the garden and the surrounding landscape.
All rooms are bright and airy, decorated with natural tones and wooden details that create a sense of calm and relaxation.
In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of Villa Karla is designed for relaxation, leisure, and fun.
At the centre of the garden lies a private saltwater pool of 32 m2, surrounded by sun loungers and Mediterranean plants.
The large fenced yard offers plenty of entertainment options: swings, a trampoline, a volleyball net, small football goals, and a table tennis setup — ideal for families with children.
A covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue is perfect for evening gatherings, while the lounge area provides an inviting space to unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the peaceful Istrian sunsets.

Villa Karla offers private parking, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. All rooms are air-conditioned and suitable for year-round stays.
Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10 EUR per day per pet.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
The villa is not intended for youth groups.
