The well-kept lawn with a relaxation area on the terrace provides the perfect place to unwind. The terrace, with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue, is ideal for dining al fresco, with a beautiful view of the pool.The villa has 3 ground-floor bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the large covered terrace and pool. The living room is modernly furnished with a large SMART TV, and the house is fully air-conditioned.The villa is only 1 km from the Istrian castle Morosini-Grimani in Svetvinčenat, known for its attractive features and events. Istrian towns are nearby: Rovinj approx. 25 km, Poreč approx. 30 km, and Pula approx. 40 km. Wunderschönes Haus, toller Service

Wir haben einen rundum wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in dem tollen Haus in Kroatien verbracht. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es Istrien mit dem Auto kennen zu lernen. Der tolle Service der Agentur hat den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Tip: den Router im Haus ab und zu neu starten 😉.

Sehr erholsam

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Istrien, wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und zwei Hunde. Grundstück komplett abgeschlossen so das die Hunde sich frei bewegen konnten. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht. Was ein wenig schade war aus unsere Sicht: die Matratzen haben wirklich ihre beste Zeit hinter sich! Man könnte die Stühlen draußen durch bequemere ersetzen.

Die Villa sieht toll aus, hat eine schöne und moderne Einrichtung, der Pool und Garten sind auch sehr schön gewesen. Die Betten sind schon sehr durchgelegen, aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und konnten auch uns auch jederzeit melden, Service ist echt Super 👍 Die Lage ist okay finden wir, da man schon sehr abgelegen ist, aber jeder der gerne mitten in der Natur sein will, für den ist das super. Das kleine Dorf Svetvincenat sieht sehr schön aus und hat eine tolle Pizzaria.

Super Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Der nächste Ort ist ca 15min Minuten entfernt, mit Restaurants, Café, Supermarkt und Bar. Bei der Unterkunft selber kann man völlige Ruhe genießen. Wenn man noch ein bisschen mehr als nur die fußläufige Umgebung sehen will, hat man jedoch keine Chance. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und besonders Außenanlagen und Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen.

Gute Lage, schön ruhig mit nur zwei Villen nebendran aber gut abgeschirmt, keine Sicht auf den anderen Pool. Man ist ganz für sich. Alle Strände Richtung Rovinj oder Pula in einer halben Stunde gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einkaufsläden, wo man alles bekommt, 5 min entfernt im Dorf svetvincenat. Dort gibt es auch gute Pizzerias. Anlage ansonsten topp, alles da was man braucht, Pool und Außengrill wurden intensiv genutzt sowie die Terrasse für Spieleabende.

Wir waren sieben Erwachsene im Alter von 18 bis 48 plus drei Hunde... und alle zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Das Haus entspricht definitiv der Vorstellung auf den Bildern, das Vermieterteam ist immer ansprechbar und handelt innerhalb kürzester Zeit, Land und Leute sehr aufgeschlossen und wenn man keinen Schickimicki Party Urlaub möchte, sondern gerne wandert, fahrrad fährt und die Gegend erkundet, ist man in Svetvincenat perfekt aufgehoben ! See you soon, Croatia :)

Entspannte Woche mit Freunden.

Auf den ersten als auch auf den zweiten Blick entspricht nahezu alles den Erwartungen. Vor der Buchung bitte noch einmal die Lage überprüfen, denn ohne Auto sehr schwierig. Einziger echter Kritikpunkt sind die Betten, welche zwar sauber jedoch recht instabil und durchgelegen sind. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit & unkompliziert und gibt gerne Tipps.

Tolle Basis für Istrienurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist groß und bietet Abkühlung. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ortschaft Svetvincenat mit Restaurants und Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage im Zentrum Istriens kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen ohne zu viel im Auto zu sitzen. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Einfach nur super...

Für denjenigen, der Ruhe sucht, ist dieses Haus einfach nur genial! Der Pool ist super und auch an frischen Tagen angenehm, weil beheizt. Das Vermieterteam ist mehr als zuvorkommend, jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt.

Ein wunderschönes, blitzsauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer tollen Landschaft! Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität, und der Garten ist sogar noch "privater" geworden, da die Hecken und Büsche nun gewachsen sind. Der beheizte Pool war perfekt für das etwas kühlere Wetter Anfang Mai. Igor ist super nett und zuvorkommend! Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

TRAUMHAUS , besser geht nicht......

Wir haben Ende September für zwei Wochen zusammen mit unserem Hund die Villa Sicutti kennen und lieben gelernt. Es began mit einem herzlichen Empfang durch Igor der uns alles ausführlich erklärt hat und uns viele nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und das Grundstück ist rundum eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar. Die Innenaustattung war luxoriös, sauber und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der große beheizte Pool hatte es uns besonders angetan. Wer jedoch lieber im Meer baden möchte ist in ca. 20 - 25 Minuten mit dem Auto in Fazana , Peroj oder Rovinj. Der kleine Ort Svetvincenat mit seiner schönen Burg ist ca. 1,5 Kilometer entfernt ( also durchaus in Laufweite ) Dort gibt es drei Restaurants, drei Pubs und einen kleinen Supermarkt wo wir morgens frische Baguetts geholt haben. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub , wenngleich wir in der zweiten Woche von dem ein oder anderen Gewitter heimgesucht wurden. Hierbei ist dann auch der große Fernseher kaputt gegangen, ein Anruf bei Igor und wir hatten binnen weniger Stunden ein neues Gerät . Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon heute darauf. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Igor der sich toll um uns und unsere Belange gekümmert hat. Jörg und Petra

Tolles Haus & perfekte Betreuung

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für eine Woche im August 2020 gebucht. 4 Erwachsene + 1 Hund Bereits im Vorfeld der Buchung hat uns der Verwalter Igor positiv überzeugt, hat uns sehr schnell und besonders nett Fragen beantwortet. Als wir bei der Anreise bemerkten, dass wir deutlich vor 16 Uhr da sein werden, hat uns Igor eine frühere Anreise ermöglicht. Die Übergabe verlief freundlich ab und Igor gab uns wichtige Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Voll eingezäuntes Grundstück mit einem Carport für 2 Autos, schöner Garten, großer Pool, tolle Außenküche mit Grill sowie einer vollausgestatteter Küche. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen, absolute Weiterempfehlung. Zur Lage: Restaurants (2 tolle Pizzerien liefern bis ins Haus), Lebensmittelmärkte (ein neuer Lebensmittelmarkt hat innerhalb 7km eröffnet), aber auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte an der Küste sind mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Am Abend gab es fast keine Stechmücken, somit absolut angenehm :) @Igor: nochmals vielen lieben Dank für alles!!!

Tolles Haus, hervorragende Betreuung, Traumpool

Die Villa Sicuti hat uns eine wunderbare Woche in Kroatien beschert. Dabei war vor allem der Pool unser Highlight. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, weshalb wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen konnten. Spaziergänge waren direkt vom Haus möglich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir das gar nicht genutzt haben. Die Abendessen haben wir meist in unterschiedlichen kleinen Lokalen in der Umgebung eingenommen. Um zu den Stränden zu kommen, muss man erst ca. eine halbe Stunde Fahrt in Kauf nehmen. Das wussten wir aber im Vorfeld und haben uns daran nicht gestört. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die nette und schnelle Betreuung durch Igor. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer schnell geholfen. Wir können die Villa Sicuti mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen!

WOW! Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten trotz der Pandemie einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Vermieter und das Ferienhaus sind absolut bemerkenswert und lobenswert. Der Service war Spitze und wir wurden rundum umsorgt (mehrmalige Nachfrage, ob alles passt etc.) bei Fragen jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar (Vermieter spricht sehr gut Deutsch!) - ähnlich wie an einer Hotel-Rezeption. Wir werden aufjedenfall das Objekt weiterempfehlen und vmtl. auch wiederbuchen.

Eine Reise wert :-)

Die Villa Sicutti ist endlich mal ein Ferienhaus, bei dem man sich auch über die Architektur, innen und außen, Gedanken gemacht hat. Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen komplett den Tatsachen. Der Garten war für unseren kleinen Hund perfekt, da komplett eingezäunt und ein direkter Feldweg am Haus vorbei in die Natur führt. Igor ist für jede Frage ansprechbar und sollte mal etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, braucht man sich nur zu melden und es wird Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Villa war sehr sauber, es stehen ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt neben zwei anderen, frei stehenden Ferienhäusern, durch seine schöne Ecklage und die Abtrennung durch eine hohe Hecke ist man jedoch weitestgehend ungestört. Der Poolbereich ist nicht einsehbar und bietet jederzeit ein Schattenplätzchen. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen, da die Villa sehr zentral liegt, und man in kürzester Zeit auch die Küste erkunden kann. Fazina und Rovinj z.B., sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch mal in das ebenso schöne Ferienhaus "My way". Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Eva und Willfried

Quiet location

Fantastic villa!

Just had the most wonderful week in Svetvincenat-the villa is superb and the owner, Igor, was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless, very modern with some lovely features, great colour changing lights which our daughters loved! We found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the lovely pool and house but there is a lot to see and do within a half hour drive if you are looking for a bit more to do. The barbecue, outdoor hob and sink make al fresco dining easy and the house has everything you need. We would highly recommend the villa and hope to return for another holiday soon. Thanks Igor.
