This property is wonderful. Clean: great location for beach and a very helpful and informative host. However: the WiFi was poor and the tv does not work - a bit tough for us as we did want to see some World Cup games.

I had a wonderful two weeks at Roberto’s property. It was very clean, close to the beach, quiet, and secure parking. There’s a well stocked supermarket one block away, and a gelateria right across the street. The Livorno-Pisa-Florence autostrada is about 2 miles away, which makes touring very easy. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough about this property. It was one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating! Space was clean, open and airy, beautiful view of sea, had everything you could want in a VRBO! I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the area. The bus is right outside the complex gate. I will definitely be back.

Wunderschönes AppartmentSauberes, helles, zentrales schönes Zimmer sowie Gebäude. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Wasserkocher, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Gefrierfach, Kühlschrank sowie an Kochwerkzeugen)Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist Toll. Roberto ist ein sehr angenehmer, hilfsbereiter Mensch, der auch gerne fragen beantwortet. Super Check-In Check-out.2 Badezimmer sind Toll. Die ausziehbare Schlafcouch ist bequem & das Bett auch. Ein eigener Parkplatz hat sehr große Vorteile, sowie der extra Zugang zum Nahegelegenen Strand (2min)Eine gute Lage zu Bäcker, Einkaufsladen & auch zu den nächsten größeren Städten (Livorno, Pisa) Alles in allem hatten wir einen hervorragenden Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Appartment

Roberto hat eine super schöne Wohnung! Der Blick aufs Meer, vor allem der Sonnenuntergang, die ruhige Lage, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf der anderen Straßenseite, Mückennetze, WLan, Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts: alles wunderbar. Hier fehlte es an nichts.Den Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt, schließlich haben wir Urlaub gemacht.Wir kommen wieder!

Roberto ist ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben sogar einen kleinen Vorrat an Lebensmitteln und Verbrauchsartikeln (Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Seife usw.) vorgefunden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist hervorragend und der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hilft ungemein, wenn am Wochenende die Tagesgäste aus den umliegenden Städten alle Straßen zuparken.

Die Wohnung von Roberto ist sehr schön, direkt am Meer mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Im Apartment gibt es alles was man braucht. Es ist ordentlich und sauber. Für uns drei war mehr als genug Platz. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
