Great place! Great host

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The bus and trains were easy to navigate, tho a car might be helpful. Depends on what you are doing. The beach is gorgeous.

Really great place

Clean and well-appointed apartment by the beach

The apartment is in a 1930s building right next to the beach, with a private gate onto the beachfront. Directly opposite there is an excellent seafood restaurant (Osteria del Mare). Our host Gianfranco met us at the gate and showed us to our parking space, gave us our keys and gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how everything worked (and made sure we could access the unlimited and fast wifi). There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and a good selection of kitchen appliances and cooking gear along with plenty of plates and cutlery. The whole place was very clean and well set up with lots of space. The large windows make it nice and bright. The shower is well-pressured with lots of hot water (maintenance works while we were there meant that hot water was unavailable at certain times of day, but that doesn’t seem to be the standard). There is heating/aircon but we didn’t need it in April. We did need the extra blankets that had been provided though. The bed was very very soft, which was not to our taste though might be preferred by some. The walls are quite thin and sometimes we could hear neighbours moving around, but that was rare.The beach is very well maintained with lovely soft sand. Apparently in summer you have to pay to access the private part of the beach but as it was off-season it was free. The swimming pool was also not available (and neither are any others in April apparently), but the beach kept our daughter well entertained.

Abbruch da nicht Kindsicher

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abgebrochen, da das Objekt nicht Kind-Sicher ist und wir kurzfristig nicht wo anders hingehen konnten. Unsere 4 Jahre alten Zwillinge wären beinahe zwei mal etagenweit runtergefallen! Einmal aus dem inneren Fenster (Kletterhilfe ist das Bett im Zimmer) und einmal aus dem äußeren Fenster. Ausserdem ist das Geländer im 1. Stock nicht nach Bauvorschrift: Kinder können leicht darüber klettern und selbst ein Erwachsener kommt zwischen den Stangen durch. Auch die Abstände der Treppenstufen sind weit offen. Den beworbenen Schwimmbad hätten wir nicht nutzen können, da trotz gutem Wetter nicht offen da privat und auch nur gegen Aufpreis. Die Sauberkeit ist an manchen Stellen mangelhaft: bspw. den Fussoden, Bäder, Spülmaschine hätten wir selbst sauber machen müssen, damit es sauber wäre. Wir bemängeln die inkorrekten Angaben in der Anzeige und hauptsächlich dass es nicht Kindessicher ist. Der Vermieter hat sich bemüht die Sicherheit zu erhöhen, jedoch blieb das Grundproblem bestehen im Mietobjekt bestehen und wir hätten die ganze Zeit berechtigte Sorge dass die Kinder aus ihrem Klättertrieb alles ausprobieren wollen. Zwei Mal haben sie es ja schon.

Sono molto amareggiato per quanto leggo ma a questo punto è mio diritto rispondere in maniera precisa. L'appartamento è esteamamente pulito in ogni sua parte. Ogni affitto finito viene un'impresa di pulizie con due persone che lavora per tre ore. Basta leggere le recnsioni degli ospiti precedenti. La poscina non solo era aperta ma c'era la possibilita' dal giorno dopo in via eccezionale di entrarvi gratuitamnte come anche in spiaggia usufruendo di due lettini e un ombrellone. La famiglia si è presentata in casa con i figli aventi due bastoni in mano, appena entrati in casa senza alcun permesso dei venitori sono corsi per la casa saltando con le scarpe sul divano. Appena scesi un bambino ha stretto una pianta con le spine mandando in ansia la madre. E' ovvio che qlella casa non fosse adattata a loro ma dubito che quei bambini possano sentirsi al sicuro da nessuna parte, vista la loro vivacita' e il poco controllo genitoriale. Concludo dicendo che avevo proposto due ulteriori protezioni con anchw in cancellino ma non hanno volito accettare. A causa delle loro lamentele ho avuto una ispezione dal portale e ovviamente è stata superata in manoera positiva. Se tutte le recensioni sono cinque stelle forse il problema non è la casa

Il padrone di casa è stato molto accomodante e amichevole. Era sempre disponibile anche con poco preavviso. Purtroppo la piscina, come da foto, non fa parte dell'appartamento ma deve essere pagata a parte.

Super Wohnung mit einer Top Lage. Wurden herzlich von Gianfranco begrüßt. An der Wohnung ist rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Lediglich die Kosten am Pool sind ein wenig teuer. Der Gastgeber Gianfranco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt - am Meer, in der Nähe Pisa, Livorno, Lucca usw. Nur der Pool ist teurer.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Calambrone verbracht. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und liegt direkt am Meer.Gianfranco war ein toller Gastgeber und stets für Fragen bereit und hat uns auch schöne Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen. Das Beach-Restaurant La Siesta ist sehr praktisch und hat nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten wunderbare 12 Tage in Calambrone bzw. In der Toskana. Als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Toskana in Verbindung mit einem gechillten Urlaub am Strand mit kleinen Kids wunderbar geeignet. Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Der Gastgeber Gianfranco ist ein wahrer Gastgeber. Stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit inkl. sehr guter Tipps. Rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Die Maisonettwohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten historischen Gebäude. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Grundriss und ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kinder ausgelegt. Die sehr großen Fenster gehen in den Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserem Gastgeber Gianfranco gegrüßt, er hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt, inkl. Beachclub und einen Espresso an der Bar. Selten so einen sympathischen und freundlichen Gastgeber erlebt. Die Wohnung ist direkt am sehr schönen Strand, ganz in der Nähe findet man Bars, Restaurants und einen 7 Tage geöffneten Conad Lebensmittelladen, der alles hat, perfekt. Pisa 20 Minuten, Lucca 45 Minuten, Livorno 10 Minuten und Florenz 1h15. Was will man mehr😁

Das was ein toller Traumurlaub ☀️

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern (4 und 8) unterwegs. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat versucht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Vielen Dank Gianfranco! 🤩 Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sie ist sauber, groß und dank Klimaanlage kühl. Der (kostenpflichtige!) Pool ist glücklicherweise hier nicht „hörbar“, da hier am Abend/Nacht schon mal Poolpartys stattfinden. Am Strand, der direkt an die Anlage grenzt, gibt es sowohl einen öffentlichen Bereich (kostenlos), als auch einen kostenpflichtigen Bereich mit Liegen und Schirm. Direkt gegenüber der Anlage gibt es diverse Restaurants, die das Kochen überflüssig machen. Eine kleine Bäckerei, sowie ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls direkt vor der Türe vorhanden. Calambrone liegt strategisch günstig um die Toskana zu besichtigen. Pisa ist nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, auch Florenz und andere Städte sind gut zu erreichen. Das süße Hafenstädtchen Livorno (5km) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Auch hier hatte unser Vermieter ein paar Geheimtipps auf Lager. 👍🏻 Alles in Allem hatten wir zwei unvergessliche Wochen in der traumhaften Toskana. Das macht volle 5 von 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tolle Unterkunft in Calambrone

Wir haben uns in Gianfrancos Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben und Gianfranco ist ein sehr netter und sehr bemühter Gastgeber. Die Einrichtung war genau, wie beschrieben und alle Geräte und Küchenutensilien waren einwandfrei. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bäder gut ausgestattet. Wichtiger Hinweis: Der Pool ist kostenpflichtig (Kosten bei Gianfranco erfragen). Dort ist auch ein sehr nettes Burger- und Sushi-Restaurant. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wirklich fantastisch und es gibt dort mehrere sehr nette Strandbars. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft an Gianfranco!

Toller Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir waren positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft. Diese befindet sich in einem neuwertigen Zustand, ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Gebäude hat einen direkten Strandzugang. Neben kostenpflichtige Strandbädern gibt es auch direkt einen Freistand. Die Anlage beinhaltet einen kostenpflichtigen öffentlichen Pool, welchen wir ebenfalls sehr genossen haben. Auch ein separater abschließbarer Fahrradraum ist auf der Anlage vorhanden. Zur Unterkunft gehörte ebenfalls ein kostenfreier Parkplatz auf der Anlage. Gegenüber der Anlage befindet sich das sehr gepflegte und neugestaltete Zentrum von Calambrone mit Supermarkt, diversen Geschäften, einer Bank und mehreren Bars und Restaurants. Auch ein Kinderkarussell und ein großes Trampolin ist vorhanden. Ein Bäcker ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlage. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Besonders möchten wir uns beim Vermieter Gianfranco für die herzliche Betreuung bedanken. Er wohnt im selben Gebäude und war somit immer für uns da. PS: Das nächste mal klappt auch ein Besuch in Pistoia... ;-=
