This stunning town home is located in the Ridge of Silver Lake Village of Upper Deer Valley. This beautiful town home has three large bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms (bathroom off each bedroom) that sleeps six adults and two children. This includes a set of twin-size bunk beds. The living area is very open and spacious with windows all around to provide ample of natural light.

The Ridge is conveniently located a few blocks from Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Lodge that provides shopping, dining and world-class skiing. Private hot tub, gas grill, gas fireplace and extraordinary views provided. Great place to spend quality time over the holidays or enjoying the mountain views during the summer.

The location is unbeatable giving mountain chateau vibes and the hot tub at the end of the day was (truly) the cherry on top! The townhome was fantastic and provided plenty of space with the large open kitchen, lots of seating and 3B & 3.5 BA, which is unheard of for Deer Valley. The snowfall wasn’t the best but the atmosphere due to our accommodations was unmatched! I really hope we can visit again!

This lovely Condo met our groups needs perfectly! Close to Silver Lodge at Deer Valley ( 7 minute walk) , spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated we loved this condo. Can’t think of one thing that needed improvement . Perfect!

Silver Lake Townhome

Just like Deer Valley Resort, the townhouse is superlative. The location is less than a 10-minute walk to the Silver Lake Lodge. The townhouse was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The unit has high ceiling with lots of windows and light. The owners were responsive and accommodating to our questions. A first-class accommodation at a first-class ski resort.

Maintenance

Nice property. Enjoyed the stay there. Maintenance issues, which some were dealt with, as one needed more time. Bathroom toilet had a leak, which no one can foresee these issues. There were plenty of bathrooms available. Although I recommend updating the toilets to the oval shape for more comfort and ease of use. The place was equipped with everything you could need. Thank you.

Family Ski Trip - perfect location

This condo is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, appliances, pot and pans and even aluminum foil and ziplock bags!! Bathrooms are even stocked with full size shampoos. We had a great trip.

Nice unit. Large, comfortable and well equipped. It needs a new trash compactor. Very noisy.

Suggestion: In other properties there has been a folder with a map of the development, walking and directions as to things in the unit, and suggestions for restaurants and other amenities. Yes much of that is accessible via the Internet but I find it useful to hear it from the owner. Thank you, nice place.

Great property - easy to make home for our stay. Better for families with older kids.

Park City Bedroom was a wonderful home for our stay in DV. The bedding set up was flexible for our families needs, everything was very functional, and the decor very modern and inviting. The location is a better choice for a family with older children as it requires a walk to Silver Lake Village, but we perfect for our ages - 12, 14 and 17. Would rent again.
