HOUSE RULES
Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.
No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.
Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

Beautiful property with lots of space, walking distance to a lift even though it was closed when we were there. It was super easy to catch the buses and travel all around park city. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return!
This was one of the best VRBO’s I have ever spent time in and would definitely rent again if we are ever back in Park City!The condo was very well stocked and the hot tub was very nice.
Fantastic location in the Silver Star area - walk to the Silver Star lift, Silver Star cafe, and step right onto the popular Armstrong Trail in the warmer months. Family enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the balcony overlooking the Park City golf course. Amazing sunrises too.
Perfect location in quiet neighborhood yet very close to resort and downtown fun. Very clean, photos very accurate. We enjoyed the open and updated kitchen and views from the deck.

We had a wonderful week-long visit. The house had plenty of space for 8, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Quiet, clean, in a great location, and the views from the hot tub were incredible. Easy walk or bus to the park city base.
Check in was very easy, the location was within a 2 min walk of the lift and if you ski black diamond you can ski almost to the front door! The house was lovely with everything you needed. The jacuzzi was fantastic and seemed brand new. Everything was great we would absolutely stay there again!
Bo was an exceptional host, very patience with many questions and the property views better in person than online. Hot tub a greated added feature, especially during snow. Great room perfect for our family of 6. Access to the mountain is very convenient - either , out the back of the property, very short
The house was very roomy and well appointed. Easy walk to lift and fun ski down at end of the day on the liggety split trail. Bus service to town was easy. Hot tub was very nice and welcome at the end of the day.
This was perfect! Beds/pillows are comfy, towels are soft and clean, hot tub was perfect, view was amazing, hiking trails are close and easy to get to, fully supplied kitchen, plenty of room, perfect cabin vibes! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

From 1556 Crescent Road, guests can walk only a few minutes to either Silver Star ski lift or First Time ski lift to get up on the hill quickly. When you are ready to head home, guests can ski/ride down within 30 feet of the townhome driveway via the Ligity Split Run or back to the Silver Star Plaza and walk the few minutes back to the townhouse.
Silver Star Plaza boasts an award-winning restaurant, the Silver Star Café, and the Silver Star Ski and Sport equipment rental shop for summer or winter equipment. Guests can walk down for dinner or enjoy Apres Ski on the way home and can rent equipment without ever getting in the car.
A Park City Bus stop is steps from the townhouse and offers free bus service from Woodward to Deer Valley and almost anywhere in between. And this property is so conveniently close to the necessities - it is 1.6 miles or less to the grocery store, the liquor store, Park City Mountain and Main Street with all the shops, restaurants and entertainment!
