*Discounts for stays 7 days or longer* - Recently updated with subtle coastal colors to evoke a relaxing atmosphere, this one-bath unit features one bedroom with king bed and a queen murphy bed in the living room (way better than a sleeper sofa). The large balcony overlooks the pool with the Villas on the Gulf private beach access just steps away. Located approximately 3 miles from Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, you can completely escape the hustle and bustle but are still just a quick trolley ride (10-15 mins) to reach shops and restaurants. The trolley stop sits conveniently at the front entrance of the Villas on the Gulf complex (<5 min walk).

The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee pot, toaster, mixer and blender. Walk-in master closet provides plenty of storage space for luggage.

What a nice condo, perfect for just my wife and I. We also had the opportunity to visit with our oldest son and granddaughter. The location is perfect on P-Cola beach close to the restaurants and nearby Fort Pickens. Easy access to downtown to visit the Naval Air Museum, Pensacola Lighthouse, and Fort Barrancas.

Can’t beat the location! Close to everything including the beach! Property was clean and quiet. Only complaint is the door! Took about 6 tries to get it locked when leaving. Not a deal-breaker though.

Although a native of Atlanta, family roots in Pensacola meant years of fond memories visiting the famed white sandy beaches. Grandpa Chuck bought into Villas on the Gulf back in the 1980's and I've been a semi-local since childhood. After extensive travel with a stint living in Austria, I'm currently living in Namibia with my wife. In 2017 I had the opportunity to own my own slice of paradise and couldn't pass it up. Hopefully guests will enjoy the relaxing beach atmosphere as much as I have over the years.
