The Master Suite with balcony access has a fireplace, private bathroom with 2 sinks, separate walk-in shower, deep jetted whirlpool tub, walk-in closet, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. The King in the master bedroom is a Sleep Number Smart Bed. Bring your Sleep Number with you or discover it here for exciting days and peaceful night's sleep. The Chef's Kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite counters, and walk-in pantry. It is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, cookware, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, spices, toaster, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, wok, roasting pans, electric skillet, oven, stovetop, and microwave. The kitchen area seats 8 with additional seating in the bar room. Also included are linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrella, tent, wagon, boards, toys, games, and books. The home has 5 large screen TVs, LG washer and dryer, iron, laundry tub sink, and drying rack. Walk-in, designer closets are in the pantry and all bedrooms for extra storage. Located at the highly desirable Sanibel Condominium, our new pool deck is the largest in the area, providing an abundance of sun/shade options, seats/lounge chairs, umbrellas, and end/picnic tables - all with extraordinary ocean views. Our amenities include oceanfront beach access, a exercise room, underground gated parking, and clubhouse with billiard room, card tables, full kitchen, grilling area, picnic table, and a private beachfront extra large heated pool and new hot tub.

The Sanibel is privately owned (not a public hotel). It is clean, safe, well maintained, and in excellent condition.

It was great except you can’t use the hot tub and pool after dusk even though they have beautiful colored lights in the water Would also be great if the owner had dish soap and trash bags since we are expected to wash all the dishes which is 100000% good but when you’re traveling having to purchase trash bags and dish soap is crazy also no extra tissue.

Sea turtle protection is a top priority in our area, and during nesting season, local regulations require minimizing light, noise, and other disturbances after dusk. While some pool lighting is permitted, these guidelines are in place to protect the nesting environment along our shoreline. We provide a starter supply of essentials—including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, and many other items—to help guests get settled. As noted in our listing, additional supplies may be needed for longer stays like yours.

Great place

We had a great time at Sanibrl 303. The condo is very nice, great space for all of us. Loved that the condo has beach towels and a few coolers in the pantry. The beach chairs were a big plus as well!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!

We had never been to this area of Florida and really lucked out finding this condo! Extremely clean with tons of space and very well setup by the owner, MaryAnn. Another great week at Sanibel 303

We stayed here last year and couldn't wait to come back this year. The condo has everything we needed. We cooked every day, since we didn't feel comfortable eating out, so the kitchen and extra appliances were wonderful. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed the beach and pool. It was great watching the dolphins from the balcony.

We had an amazing time during our week-long stay at the Sanibel. The accommodations were perfect-clean, comfortable and well appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. MaryAnn was incredibly attentive and polite, making sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. We also really enjoyed the buildings amenities, especially the beautiful new pool and hot tub, which added an extra level of relaxation to our trip. One of the highlights for us, was starting each day with coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean-perfect for watching the sunrise. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily return.

Pros; Great view, convenient to elevator, easy to get to pool and beach, kitchen appliances worked great, fridge is relatively new, washer and dryer are massive, balcony furniture comfy.Cons; condo in serious need of fresh paint or deep cleaning, lots of stains on white doors and trim, primary bedroom had some maintenance issues multiple light bulbs were out, which owner did rectify during stay by sending an Amazon package, so I had to change a recessed can light and 2 lamp bulbs, not a huge deal but not my responsibility. Shower has a rainfall head but on a standard wall outlet with low pressure. It’s not ideal. The other shower will take a layer of skin off if you want it to. There was concrete repair going on the exterior of the building multiple days I was there so you can hear chipping hammer vibrations starting at 8am throughout most of the day, that sucked!! The condo unit is a middle unit so the only windows for natural light are large sliding glass doors at the end of the unit, the windows at the front are at the exterior corridor and offer zero privacy because anyone walking by can see in. The main hallway that runs down the middle is on occupancy sensors and there’s no way to turn them off manually, so if you are sleeping in one of the 2 front bedrooms and want the door open and someone is walking in the living room the light comes on. The balcony is low enough to get sand and salt blown on it from the beach on windy days, which is every day, be prepared to clean

Aside from the two lightbulbs that needed to be replaced, which were promptly addressed during your stay, I was disappointed to learn of your concerns for the first time in your review after checkout. All guests are asked to contact me upon arrival, or at any point during their stay, so that any issues can be addressed promptly. I take great pride in being responsive and would have gladly worked to resolve these concerns during your stay had I been made aware of them. Since they were not brought to my attention, I did not have the opportunity to address them during your visit.

Great luxurious condo

This is the most luxurious condo we have stayed in at Daytona Beach Shores. Maryann has taken great care with all of the details. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. And of course, the views of the ocean were breathtaking. We needed to contact Maryann, and she was quick in her response and solved the problem. We hope to stay in Sanibel 303 again in the future.

Everything was perfectly detailed. From the blanket for the balcony on cool evenings to the round ball ice maker for drinks. The balcony was simply gorgeous in the evenings looking at stars or watching the sunrise in the mornings. Only one problem we didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything there was to do there.

Exceeded My Expectations

This property exceeded my expectation. For potential clients note that as of 1/1/2024 the pool and hot tub appear to be at least 1 year away from being completed. I loved everything about the unit itself. The pictures did not do this unit justice and it was so much nicer in person. The rooms were huge, the quality was exceptional, the hosts were always on top of everything and the view of the beach from the balcony was perfect.

Our16th anniversary/birthday vacation

We were able to see 2 rocket launches from our balcony. We never cooked anything in kitchen, even though it had everything you needed. We picked some of the best diners to eat. The pool and hot tub not being finished was a major disappointment to me even though beach was a few steps away. The time went by way too fast and weather was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and both of our 60th birthdays. Anyone staying here will for not be disappointed.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We were able to stay in this unit for 6 weeks. Some of our time was with our children and grandchildren and sometime with friends. Everybody had a wonderful time. The unit is well equipped with towels and beach towels. All of the towels were n excellent condition. We really wanted for nothing. Being an early riser I enjoyed getting up and watching the sunrise with my cup of coffee. I have countless pictures of the sun rising and even a few of the full moon rising in early April. My wife enjoyed the blackout blinds in the bedroom as she is not an early riser! The beach is amazing, there are many great restaurants close and hand....some within walking distance. If you want to cook there is lots of room in the kitchen for more than one and all the tools you will need. I had to do some work while I was here and it was great having the extra computer screens available! MaryAnn was responsive to any requests we had. Thank you MaryAnn for providing such a comfortable and well equipped home for your guests to enjoy!

Rental Warning ⚠️

Owner will find ANY excuse to keep your “Property Damage Fee”, that is required to pay upfront when reserving your reservation !!!!! Will not ever rent this property again as we were accused of leaving this place in a “filthy” state {owners words} and we done exactly as the departure list stated. We were even accused of “bending/bowing the fought iron balcony out which we didn’t use because we noticed it bowed out upon arrival but wasn’t loose and was afraid to go out on balcony for fear of it coming loose or off and possibly being at risk for injury for ourselves and especially the one child that was with us. Please be aware and let this be a warning that your property damage fee that you pay up front is at risk and will not be refunded !!!!

Teresa, I understand you are dissatisfied that the damage deposit was withheld in VRBO. There are only two reasons why this occurred. First, you violated the no-pet policy by having your dog reside on Sanibel property during your stay. Second, your dog caused significant damage to multiple areas of the property. There are no other reasons why the deposit was held. Your balcony claims are absolutely false. There are no safety issues regarding balconies at the Sanibel. I would like to add that 52 guests have stayed at my condo before you did. They have all provided 5-Star ratings and they also earned outstanding guest ratings from me for being respectful of property. You are the only guest that violated policy and damaged property. You are also the only guest that has ever had a damage deposit held. In fact, the repair costs and Sanibel Association fines far exceed the amount of your deposit.
