This home was amazing and perfect for our family vacation with our children and grandchildren. It was very roomy and exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and it was a joy to stay there. The pool is beautiful and such a wonderful place to relax. It’s only steps to the beach and the beach access was well maintained.

Great location for our trip. The property worked out as hoped for with enough rooms and spaces for everyone to enjoy. Loved being ocean front and able to sit in the hot tub and hear the ocean. Good size rooms, Cindy was a great host too! Would definitely stay at the property on another trip!

Great Beach Front with Pool.. Beautiful and Great for Families

We had our family visiting from up north and had a small family reunion. It was a great place and very family friendly house. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 kids.

"We were initially wowed by the spectacular ocean view and the house was clean and well-stocked with towels. However, our stay was marred by poor management. The host did not provide instructions for the Bluetooth or hot tub and was unpleasant when asked. Additionally, the wine cooler was broken upon arrival.On the second day, the Wi-Fi went out for over 24 hours. When we reported this, the host blamed the cable company. Furthermore, the maintenance person scheduled to meet the cable technician never showed up, forcing us to handle it. When I addressed this with the host, Cindy, she was rude and unprofessional, going on a rant instead of resolving the issue. We expected a much higher level of service and a partial refund due to the lack of amenities, which was not offered."

This guest was the one and only guest I would NEVER rent to again after renting our home for 12 years. Never have I had such rude, demanding, helpless people in my home. When she first inquired before I accepted the booking she said there were 10 adult guest, after accepting the booking she changed it to 12 guest. This guest and her party could not do anything for themselves, including changing a channel on the sonos system. She emailed me 22 times thru VRBO. Finally I asked her to please contact me by phone because I do not sit by my computer to answer emails all day. These guest needed a 24 hour babysitter!!! Yes the WIFI did go out, it was a Spectrum issue no fault of mine. I contacted Spectrum. They tried to fix the issue but needed a tec to come out. I really tired to get them to come that same day but it was an appointment between 9 and 10 the following morning. I did ask them to contact me when they were on their way because of a guest being on property and if they weren't available I would meet them. I notified the guest of the time and told her if someone would not be at the property please let me know. At 12:07 just after midnight she contact me by phone and told me no one would be there to meet the technician that morning. Of course Spectrum came at 9:30AM and did not contact me,but the guest all 12 people were at the property, she called yelling that the Spectrum person woke all of them up. 12 guest from hell! Read all other reviews!!!

Wonderful View of the Ocean.

Our stay was really nice. The Place was very clean, plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels. The view was beautiful, we got to see a Momma whale feeding her babies. Everything was Great.

The Graduation getaway!

We had 10 family members and friends coming for our daughters graduation and NROTC commissioning. This house was amazing. We had the best time being together and celebrating. The beach and pool were incredible. I only wish I had more time to relax and use the pool and ocean.

Beautiful Accommodations!

We were in town for a Celebration of Life for my mother. It was nice to have my family under one roof. The home was both beautiful and comfortable and it is on the beach which allowed for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The check-in process was seamless and the property manager was very nice. I highly recommend this property!

Slice of Heaven on the Ocean

The property was just as pictured!! Spectacular views of the ocean. Great holiday vacation for my 5 adult children and daughter in law. Very clean property and high level accommodations. Great area with restaurants and lots to do. We visited tallest lighthouse in Florida about 25 mins south. Stunning! It was my sons wedding weekend and this is a beautiful home, very accommodating to guests with more than enough bathrooms for multiple people to get ready at once! The views were outstanding! Large picture windows, comfortable beds, relaxing sofas, very well appointed and tvs in every room even the master bath and kitchen. Would love to come back again and be able to enjoy it more without the busy wedding rush!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found Cindy to be very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent, and having direct, immediate access to the beach was incredibly convenient and a highlight of the trip.Check-in was a bit clunky at first, but Cindy responded quickly and helped us get settled right away. The property offers the basics, though it’s worth noting that items like a hair dryer, soap, and extra toilet paper were not provided. The supply and quality of the pots and pans were good and worked well for our needs.We also found that the wine chillers were not functioning during our stay, and Cindy let us know that new ones were already on order. The pool deck area could use some attention, as a few chairs and cushions were worn, the pool was not very clean, and the charcoal grill has definitely seen better days. Knowing these things in advance would be helpful for future guests so they can plan accordingly.

Thank you for staying with us, We do not advertise a grill due to being at the ocean they rust out. I tried keeping away from the salt air but guest constantly move it . We give the toilet paper, soap , ect as a starter but with usually 10 plus people it is difficult to supply personal needs for an entire stay. Upon arrival at the property ( you were asked to contact me an hour before arrival which you did not) I told you where the key could be located but you called me back and told me it was not there. While speaking to you, your son did indeed find it where I told you it was. We hope you enjoyed your stay, we thrive to make every guest experience a pleasant on.

Awesome!

What an awesome home! You walk in the door and immediately the view of the beach greets you. Plenty of room for the entire family to eat around the table and to visit in the living room. It was wonderful to laugh and play games in the privacy of a home instead of a hotel lobby. Beautiful furnishings and that view! I never thought we could get a home right on the beach. Thank you!
