Getting around has never been easier. We’re located just a 3-minute walk from the Metro B (Blue Line) “Bologna” stop:
-​Colosseum & Roman Forum: Only 5 stops (approx. 10 minutes).
​-Termini Station: Only 3 stops (approx. 5 minutes).
-​Tiburtina Station: Within walking distance (15 min) or just 1 Metro stop. This is crucial for your arrival: Tiburtina connects directly to Fiumicino Airport (FCO) via the FL1 train (cheaper and often faster than the Leonardo Express) and offers high-speed trains to Florence and Venice.

THE SPACE
Our apartment is located on the 1st floor (just one short flight of stairs) and has been professionally photographed to show you exactly what to expect.
-​Bedroom 1 (Beige): A bright, spacious master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace.
-​Bedroom 2 (Blue): A cosy second bedroom featuring a high-quality convertible sofa that opens into a full double bed, complete with closet space.
-​Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, both equipped with showers. One bathroom also includes a bidet.
-Living Area: A separate, bright living room with a stylish sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table.
-​Kitchen: Fully equipped. You’ll find a Nespresso-style pod machine, a traditional Italian Moka pot, and an American drip coffee maker. A kettle is also provided.
-​Tech & Laundry: Stay connected with super-fast fibre Wi-Fi. We also provide a washer-dryer combo (Lavasciuga), perfect for longer stays.
-​Outdoor: There is a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: PIAZZA BOLOGNA
Experience the “Dolce Vita” like a local. Here you can enjoy the authentic local lifestyle: excellent Roman restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, and gelaterias at fair prices. The area is extremely safe, lively both day and night, and has supermarkets and pharmacies that stay open late.
