THE APARTMENT
Le Sibille Holiday Home, an apartment with large terrace, just a short walk from the Colosseum, in the Rione Monti and bordering on Rione Esquilino.

Th apartment is located in plain city center, on the first floor with lift in a building from the 1800s, near the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and less than 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum.

The apartment offers the comfort and intimacy of a private house, has:
1 double bedroom, double or triple;
1 bedroom with a queen;
living room;
kitchen equipped with utensils and crockery;
bathroom with shower;
large private terrace.

The house is equipped with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating, fans.
Final cleaning is included.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome, the apartment is ideal for families and usually they are very happy.
Children up to three years are free and enjoy free two cots and two high chairs.
Please let us know if you need it.
In the kitchen there are a mixer and a mini-pimer useful for blending the baby food.

CLEANING
The final cleaning is included in the price.
If you need it, you can book an extra cleaning service during your stay (not included in the price).

CHECK-IN
Check-in is in person by appointment only.

We will provide you with all the necessary logistic information, including where to do the shopping, where to consume typical Roman dishes, the best ice cream, the market, where to spend an evening with friends or where to go for a special dinner, of all a bit.
We are available and we can be present if the guest needs it.

CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in is usually from 15:00.
Cleaning takes place between 10:00 and 15:00 in accordance with the anti-covid-19 regulations.

These times are flexible, in fact if the day of your arrival the apartment is free or the previous guest left early, then you can check-in before 15:00. Ask the owner.

IDENTIFICATION
Please note that, as required by Italian Law, to check-in it is necessary to provide a recognition document for each individual guest (including children).

ROME TOURISM TAX
The tourist tax required by the municipality of Rome is €5.00 per day per person (excluding children up to 10 years and residents of the municipality of Rome), must be paid in cash at check-in.

CHECK-OUT
The check-out is before 10:00 am.
