Located on the Granby Ranch Mountain 20 minutes from Winter Park and 25 minutes from Grand Lake, this nicely kept condo features 2 Bedrooms, one with a new King bed and the second with a Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed. Perfect for families, this condo is located 850 feet away from the ski lift at Granby Ranch in the highly desirable Kicking Horse Condos.
We have a private balcony overlooking fantastic views of the valley with a grill, gas fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, WiFi, and cozy living room with HD flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray player. There is also a Pack ‘N Play and some kids toys, along with an assortment of DVDs, games and books. Guests have keycard access to Granby Ranch’s Ranch Hall outdoor hot tub and heated outdoor swimming pool, located at the ski area base camp, open during the summer and winter seasons. Two outdoor hot tubs are located on the Kicking Horse property and are available year-round. There is a private entrance to this condo with close parking and no stairs! Grocery store is just minutes away, along with Starbucks, McDonald’s, Subway, and an assortment of other restaurants in Granby, Winter Park/Fraser area, or Grand Lake.
In the summer, enjoy world-class mountain biking or hiking on the mountain, golfing and fishing are also nearby. Only 30 minutes away is the Grand Lake entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, for further exploration. Winter activities include skiing at Granby Ranch or Winter Park, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, or sledding, all located within a 30-minute drive. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Great stay and location!

Most importantly, this unit was just across the parking lot from one of Granby's ski lifts. It's a short walk and a great location for in and out skiing. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage due to COVID-19. Great communication with the owner and were able to work out a refund for our last night's stay there. It's a great place to stay for a family of 4!

Girls getaway weekend

The property is exactly as it's represented on the website. Super comfortable two bedroom was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Beds were comfy, location was great and we had everything we needed, with the exception of a regular coffee maker. That would have been nice. Otherwise this place was exceptional. Would stay there again.

Beautiful condo close to skiing and great amenities!

We loved staying here during our spring break trip to Colorado. This condo is beautifully furnished and is very close to skiing. There are so many little touches that made this condo perfect for a family with children. We were snowed in for a day and my kids enjoyed playing games and binge watching movies on Netflix. Everything was perfect! Shannon was great to work with and responded immediately when I had questions about the condo and the property. We will definitely be back!

Cozy mountainside condo

Loved our stay in Granby! Great beginner skiing and the condo was a perfect home base for our adventures in the snow. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals onsite. Loved the fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and hot tub- perfect for warming up after a long day on the slopes or trails. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Beautiful Views In This Cozy Mountain Getaway!

My family and I decided to enjoy our winter break in the mountains of Colorado and this condo offered everything we were looking for! The décor fits the scenery, the furniture is exactly as the pictures show, the kitchen was nicely stocked (we enjoyed the crockpot) and having a laundry room in the condo was wonderful. The views from the condo are gorgeous! My kids enjoyed the hot tub!! This condo is close to the slopes. Shannon, the owner, was easily accessible, she answered our calls or returned calls quickly-this was truly a plus for us! Thanks Shannon

We love the Granby Ranch area and enjoy all that the area has to offer. With our two small children, we enjoy hiking and skiing in the area and on the mountain. We chose this condo in the Kicking Horse condos because of its location on the Granby Ranch mountain, the amenities offered, and the quality of the condo itself.

What makes this property unique

This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and condo complex. We love the location and the views out the back balcony, after a long day of exploring outside!
