Cabin on the River-FISHING/Close to RMNP!
Amazing family-friendly cabin on the Fraser River and in the heart of Granby. Ten minutes from the lodge at Granby Ranch or 20 minutes from Winter Park! Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, YMCA of the Rockies, and Grand Lake. Steps from the community hot tub and pool. River access and ponds on the property for fly fishing!
As you enter, walk into an open kitchen/living room floor plan. Through the living room, you will see views of the river and a large deck with a table for 6, a fire pit, and grill.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King Bed with full attached bathroom (shower/tub combo)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with a twin-size over a full-size bed
There is a second full bathroom upstairs and a full-size washer/dryer. All bedrooms are fully stocked with extra blankets, pillows, and sheets.
This cabin has everything you need: life jackets for the pool, a baby gate, sound machines, sand toys, and much more!
We host a second cabin across the street. Message me for booking both!

About the host

We were born and raised in Kansas City but have lived in Denver since 2009. We have three kids and love to spend time in the mountains. We found Granby and the Edgewater property in 2020 (before the pandemic hit).
Why they chose this property
Edgewater is a small mountain community that has it all. Fly fishing, a playground for the kids, a pool and a hot tub. It's one of the only communities that allows guests to use the pool in the summer. We simply love being up there and listening to the river as we sit out back!
What makes this property unique
We back to the Fraser River, which you can see and hear right on the deck. Our family spends weeks up there at a time, so it's fully stocked with all of the essentials and some extras you may need such as life jackets, toys and books for children, and more.
