Just came back from a two week stay, had a great time. The condo location is perfect and the facilities met all of our needs.
Condo it’s self is well equipped and wonderfully decorated.
The unit was comfortable, everything worked and although a bit dated the bed was comfortable and the appliances were all fairly new. I would stay again
Great home away from home. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the balcony, and stunning sunsets from the pool & beach. Kitchen was well stocked, bathroom showers are luxurious, helpful staff. Very secure and beautiful facility. Good area.
We spent 11 days at this condo recently and had a great stay. The condo is clean and well furnished and we love the Grand Venetian when coming to PV. The staff and facilities are amazing and we enjoy the restaurant and pool service. Paulina was a great host and helped us with grocery delivery prior to our arrival. I would book this condo again!!
Loud music Friday to Sunday not good. Each morning we heard the beeping of the garbage or other trucks. Pools were great and restaurant on site was outstanding. Massages were very reasonable. They need a little grocery store onsite for the residents
We loved the location and the pools. Great service at the restaurant. The spa could use some work (dingy and small). The spa also over charged me which was a big disappointment. Overall we would go back, I’ll just find a better spa next time around.

Great view,quite ,space.
No hot water on both bathrooms
We loved our stay at the Grand Venetian! We had been warned about the loud music, so we were not surprised for the first three nights. Being able to enjoy our deck the last four nights without music was delightful. Gerardo provided us with a great introduction to our unit as well as being available for anything we needed, great vacation!
This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, so we really weren't familiar with the location and if it was convenient for our stay. First, the communication with the Manager and Concierge was a very big help and they greeted us at the lobby. The condo was great, very nicely furnished and the balcon provides a great view! We really enjoyed the beach access, infinity pools and the restaurant on premises. Then when we wanted to go into town or out to eat, they would assist with getting a taxi and would only take a few minutes to get to town. Overall, we were very please with the stay and can't wait to go back next year. We'll definitely be staying at the Grand Venetian again!
Great place and area to stay! Had a few issues at the start. Dash took care of those. The condo was not as clean the pictures and the previous reviews. We were a little disappointed with that. Talked Dash after are trip and he said he was ordering a entire clean of the condo. The condo is very nice and the area is very nice. The pools, the views were great. Ate at the onsite restuarant a few times it was resonable and the food was good. I ventured out daily in different directions for about 3 miles each way on foot. I felt very safe at all times. Dash took care of our issues. We would not hesitate to book with him again.

Dear Kevin,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad that you enjoyed the facilities and the location.
We are truly sorry to hear about the initial issues you experienced with the cleanliness of the condo. We have already taken immediate action and are committed to making necessary improvements. Your insights are invaluable, and we appreciate your patience as we work to address these issues.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even better experience.
This property was just as described on VRBO great having two washrooms and suite was beautifully decorated. The owner and host Gerardo always responded quickly to any questions. Brought my on Yoga Matt and did my routine on the balcony in the mornings. This was a first time staying at the Grand Venetian and was impressed with the property, beautiful grounds and pool area. The staff at the restaurant were always attentive and pleasant. Would have booked again at this suite but it was not available for next year which was too bad. Loved PV and plan to come back next year fun in the sun, food was amazing and produce at Campar Grocery Store exceptional! Only issue we paid in advance to GL Tours and they only picked us up when we arrived and did not pick us up for our return. Had to pay a cab again disappointed, even though they communicated they were picking us up. Now that we are aware next year would not pay in advance.
We recently stayed at this property for 7 nights. From the start it was a wonderful experience. The property was beautiful, and was just what we needed. Dash, the property manager, arranged pickup from the airport, and met us at the property to show us around.
The property has several spectacular pools and on a lovely stretch of beach where we met many nice Grand Venetian residents.
We went to an amazing nearby restaurant the first night and had a great dinner experience. To utilize the well-equipped kitchen, we went to a public market to stock up on fresh eggs, veggies, tortillas, and shrimp and chorizos we used to make quick breakfasts before heading out to explore.
We took the local bus from a bus stop close to the apartment, and headed to downtown and the romantic zone nearly every day for little excursions; it was easy to use and cost about 50 cents. Cabs are at the ready, and can be ordered easily to be brought right out fron of the building.
Returning to the apartment, we would pause on the large balcony for a cocktail, look out at the view, and contemplate getting ready to go down to the pools or beach........sometimes we just stayed put.
Today I checked my calendar to look for a good time to make another trip to this beautiful spot. Dash’s property is highly recommended!
The condo is really nice. The king bed was super comfortable but it had a wooden surround at ankle height that served no purpose other than to bruise your ankles. The balcony view was spectacular making for a great place to watch the sun set or the cruise ships arrive and depart. Living room couches are probably just deck furniture and were a bit uncomfortable for watching TV. The pullout couch was more comfortable for sitting but not so much for sleeping.
We didn't really use the kitchen much but it worked well enough for making coffee or cold drinks. We appreciated having two full bathrooms.
Our host was alway available to answer our questions arranged for more bottled water when we needed it. He also provided many recommendations and tips to make our stay better. Mid-stay house keeping kept things tidy.
There was quite a bit of noise late into the night on weekends from the nearby club. There was also noise from the early morning deliveries to the beach restaurant we overlook; more of an annoyance than a problem though. We also could also hear the crashing surf which made for a most pleasant time on the balcony.
The infinity pools were nice and we could always find available deck chairs and umbrellas. The restaurant near tower 1 was our go-to destination for breakfast and lunch on most days. They also provided poolside service that we used several times for cocktails and guacamole.
We really enjoyed our stay here.
The best part of the Grand Venetian was Lifestyle Properties management! The only negative aspect is the late noise coming from the public parking lot below adjacent to the river along with the exceptionally obnoxious noise from the cartel “night club” providing noise but without customers. Sort of an Ozark experience.
At first blush we thought we had an excellent unit. There was a note to say that there is a beach club playing music from 1-10pm however the music (if you can call it that ) went from 1pm to sometimes 4AM. We recoded it at 80 decibels. Management knew and even asked if we had heard the sirens (we did) we feel management could have been more forthcoming when be booked or at least before cancellation date allowing us to change plans.
