In need of tlc.

Good location. Plenty of comfortable furnishings, but the overall maintenance and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The addition of a wardrobe in the second bedroom or on the landing would be useful and the same in the attic room. Still not sure how a second person could sleep in the attic bedroom with ease - some rearranging of furniture is required. Who wants to spend time pressing and packing clothes to find they will just be hanging on a hook on the wall. As headed the property is in need of some tlc, the online pictures are not true to life. I feel I should apologise for being so critical but you did ask for a review and even my 89 year old father in law noticed the amazing amount of dust.

lovely flat perfect for us and our 3 children

very lovely flat. it had everything we needed and more. games for children, tea and coffee and milk was provided along with other essentials like a stair gate. travel cot, extra bedding washing machine. 2 mins from the shops and beach. The only issue was the people living downstairs disclosing the im.going issues with the holiday let and how we shouldn't be there and our children were loud. (We were out all day do not sure how we were that bad) and we were told she could hear the kids running about. This stressed us out and made us concious of every noise etc which we shouldn't have to when we have paid a lot of money to stay. apart from this everything else was absolutely perfect.
