Water’s Edge is a beautiful self-catering apartment right in the heart of Swanage. With stunning panoramic views of Swanage Bay, the beach is on your doorstep and the best pubs, restaurants and shops Swanage has to offer are less than a minute away.

Our apartment sleeps up to six with versatile accommodation comprising of a ground-floor twin bedroom and shower-room and a large lower-floor family room with an impressive en-suite bathroom. We are also pet-friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome!

All bedding and towels are supplied for weekly bookings. Secured parking is available for some periods - please enquire.

I can’t tell you how amazing this place is and the host Claire is so lovely and helpful. All the information you need is provided beforehand and more information when you arrive. It was even better than we imagined and my mum won’t forget her 60th birthday. Claire even left my mum flowers and chocolates. Absolutely brilliant stay and definitely looking to book again. Our second visit. Location is of course amazing. Seconds away from the sea and shops and cafes but not noisy at all. View at the window seat is my favourite thing. We visited with 2 children and also their grandfather, so the one-level bedroom and bathroom was ideal for grandad and the family bedroom and bathroom downstairs worked well for the rest of us. Enough seats for everyone in the living room too! Parking space at the rear. Flat had everything you would need and more. Communication and access no problem. Recommended.

The Apartment was immaculately clean and tidy.. Instructions were clear and precise and location is perfect for a stress free break, as anything you need is within walking distance.. Also Parking at the front or the rear is an added welcome bonus..

Waters Edge A Great Place to BE

We were really impressed with the location. Amazing views and coastal walking and many other attractions on your doorstep. Only got into a car once apart from travelling there and back because everything is on your doorstep. Local restaurants were great, fish and chip shop around the corner. What more could you want when visiting the seaside! Excellent, would recommend Waters Edge and certainly consider a re-visit. Host very engaging and informative. Mr. and Mrs. Brodier and family.

We had a really wonderful week at Water's Edge! The location was perfect; right by the sea and in the centre of Swanage, so it was very close to all the local facilities and was also very near to the beautiful harbour area. The property was really lovely with a large lounge which included a window seat, with amazing panoramic view all around the bay. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, dorset ginger biscuits and other refreshments, which was a lovely touch. The property accommodated 5 people as well as our dog! The downstairs bathroom was amazing with a beautiful bath and shower room, and there was also an upstairs toilet and shower room too. We were very impressed with the property and Claire the owner, was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries we had when we first arrived. Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday! I would fully recommend this property.

A superb property in the heart of Swanage, right next to shops, restaurants and cliff top walks. The view of the bay from the lounge is stunning especially as the weather was so good that the sunshine glistened on the bay right outside the window.The property also features lovely touches like the seaside artwork in every room.

We have been visiting Swanage for over 30 years and this is the best property we have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect right in the centre of town. There were 10 of us in 2 separate flats and the range cooker was great for family meals. The host Claire was also very helpful. Cannot fault it, perfect in every way. We were also blessed with lovely hot weather. Perfect in every way, thank you.

Beautiful spot & very central to everything in Swanage. Lovely property

Perfect location looking out over Swanage Bay right on the sea front. My husband had recently had a knee operation so couldn’t walk far so it was ideal. We did have one day when workmen were working a couple of doors away & he parked a large van straight across the front window & we couldn’t see a thing. We asked him to move it but he didn’t. It was there from 9am-5pm. All in all a lovely stay though. Claire was always very helpful. Thanks .

Fantastic location and magnificent views!

Waters edge... says it all! you are right on the front. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Safe parking at the back of the property was a real bonus! Shops and places to eat are literally within 30 meters of the front door... all in all a lovely place to stay.

Very central an ideal position

A very clean Appartment in a central position. The bedrooms are on 2 levels. There is a steep stairway to the family room. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, plenty of flat walking. Many places to visit in the area. We loved Swanage Bay and the town.
