Come and enjoy Jaltemba bay, its beaches, its people, its great food. We are located at La Peñita de Jaltemba, a small fisherman´s village.
Great location, fully furnished apartment, close to the beach and down town. Easy access from the highway. 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, Wifi, safety box, hot water, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, kitchen utensils.

La Penita

Property was as described. Had enough kitchen accessories for 4 people. New appliances. We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was a definite bonus.

Lovely neighbourhood

La Peñita is a wonderful, walkable town and situated on the north end of town, this 2-apartment building is a real gem. The host Alex is so helpful and loves to have a great conversation with his guests. He has so much interesting and useful information. The pool is clean and only used by the 2 apartments. We had the 2nd floor apartment with a full width balcony with table umbrella and chairs. Great for morning coffees or late afternoon cocktails. You can look out onto the street and see the comings and goings of the neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious and fully supplied with 2 double beds, 2 love seats, table and 4 chairs, coffee maker, toaster, blender, stove, fridge, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. The weekly excellent maid service includes fresh bedding and towels. Groceries, butcher, beer and wine are all within 2 blocks. Lucy's Cenaduria (2doors down) offers wood-fired pizza and Mexican food. Las Koritas (one block away) has an extensive menu. Both restaurants are excellent. The main avenida is about 8 blocks away and has many restaurants, stores, banks and other services. The beach is only a couple blocks away.

Very nice condo like property

The owner was super nice. He even gave us a ride to a restaurant. He stayed in touch and made sure we had his contact information. The beach is beautiful and just a block away! Just over the hill there is le le a private beach!! Just beautiful! 😀 🏖 🏝
