This unique Ekahi town house is the largest floor plan in the complex, with five lanais in a truly private setting. The main living area of Wailea Ekahi #53C is on the first floor with 1/2 bath, spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa, high ceilings, dining room, kitchen and bar area. The large kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless appliances, granite counters, custom bamboo cabinets and a large walk-in pantry. Everything you need for food prep is provided for your convenience. A full size front load washer and dryer are included to recycle your bathing suits and clothing and adjacent is a closet filled with beach toys, chairs, beach umbrella, and a cart for hauling all your beach supplies.
The three downstairs lanais are tiered and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. These private lanais are adjacent to the living areas and a great place to dine, catch some rays or relax and read a book.
The upstairs master bedroom suite offers a king bed, sitting area, TV, DVD, air conditioning, a private lanai with two chaise lounges for sunning, and stunning ocean views. The soaring ceilings and overhead fan add to tropical breezes for comfortable sleeping. The ensuite master bathroom features an extra large shower with two shower heads, double sinks and spacious closet space.
The upstairs second bedroom, also ensuite with an attached bathroom with shower, is furnished with a king bed, TV, DVD, air conditioning, soaring ceilings, spacious closets and lanai with ocean views. A table and chairs are provided to enjoy a leisurely morning coffee from your very own private lanai.
Keawakapu Beach is located in front of our fabulous beachfront pavilion and main pool and has been named a Conde' Nast Travel Magazine Award Winner. Wailea Ekahi also offers free WiFi at the pool pavilion for your convenience. The pavilion is an inviting space to gather with friends and family or just relax listening to ocean waves. Features include lounge chairs and umbrellas, a modern open kitchen, BBQ grills, fitness center, table seating both shaded and sunny, a book lending library, and showers plus changing rooms and bathrooms for pool users. In addition, there are two smaller pools on the property, a pickleball court and shuffleboard court.
The Wailea Ekahi Location is tops in the area. The Shops at Wailea with over 60 shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away as well as other premium and casual restaurants outside The Shops. Wailea golf courses are close by and there are several first class beaches to chose from just minutes away. You can explore a different beach every day and not visit the same one twice, just a short drive from the property.
Please note, we have a five night minimum stay requirement for this town house with a maximum of five guests. Our owners have made many improvements to ensure you have the best vacation rental experience possible in the spirit of Aloha. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 5.
