Wailea Elua #102 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view unit on the second floor, with a four-minute walk to Ulua Beach which is 400 yards away. The unit underwent a complete remodel in November 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. It has central air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed convertible to two twin beds. There is a queen bed in bedroom 2. For outdoor activities, Wailea Elua #102 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need to enjoy home cooking in paradise! Enjoy the golden sunsets and the incredible ocean view on this spacious and covered lanai. Come, be our guest and make self-care a priority again!

The Wailea Elua is the premier ocean front property in Wailea. Situated right on Ulua Beach, it has one of the best locations in Wailea. There are miles of spectacular walking paths that follow the ocean In addition the property has two swimming pools with hot tubs. It has an ocean front barbecue/ picnic area as well as an ocean view gym. There is also a paddle tennis court for your enjoyment.

Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.

Owner supplies a midstay clean for stays 10 nights and longer.
BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.
This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a great stay. The condo was well stocked with kitchenware as well as everything needed to hang out the beach or by the pool. Ulu is one of my favorite beaches on Maui.

Heaven on Earth

This place is great! Stayed here a few times and it can’t be beat. Even nicer since remodel. Patio off living room is wonderful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Hard to think of a better place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful walking path along the water, free & easy parking. Hate to leave but know we’ll be back.

Family holiday

Family stay for a wedding. The apartment was excellent and the views were better than expected. Very quiet area and the whole complex was immaculate. The bottom pool area was right on the beach and amazing for sunset. The beach has lovely snorkling and the trip and accommodations were perfect.

Very nice accommodations

This was a great condo, recently updated, comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The views are great, the proximity to resorts/restaurants and the beach is a plus. Property is well maintained. The main road is directly behind this unit, and has a bit of daytime noise when you're on the patio.

Nice place, great location

We enjoyed our stay here, and the location is great, easy walk to the Wailea shops and beach. We initially had some trouble getting quick action on a plumbing issue, but it was resolved quickly once the owner got involved. FYI, this is the very furthest condo from the beach in this complex, so the "full ocean view" is pretty distant, but the condo is very nice and well maintained.

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

Could not be more pleased with our accomodations in Maui. The accomodations were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The view of ocean from the patio was beautiful. Short walk to the beach was a bonus. The environment and location of the condo could not be better. Would highly recommend this listing to any family visiting Maui.

Perfect location at a beautiful condo!! Exceptionally clean and well decorated!! Loved the view and ease of walking to the beach. The pool area was right near the beach which was so convenient! The only recommendation I have is a full length mirror. Otherwise it was PERFECT for our family and we will definitely stay here again!!

Elua is a true gem on the island of Maui!

The property is gorgeous, with as about a private beach that you can come by in Maui. The beach is protected and perfect for swimming and snorkling. The unit has been recently remodelled and it felt like we were staying in a brand new unit. Amazing sunsets from the lanai and the location of Elua is perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing Condo in the best location

Our family had a wonderful week at Wailea Elua, the condo is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for the beach. We enjoyed the lanai, the beautiful kitchen and the 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us were perfect. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we all enjoyed snorkeling and playing in the water. The pool we used down by the beach was perfect and the facilities were clean. We will definitely be back, we had a perfect week - thank you so much!!

Great location with a view of the ocean

This was a great property and met all our expectations. You can clearly see the ocean from the lanai and it was enjoyable sitting out there in the morning and evening enjoying the ocean and sunset. The ocean is only a couple minute walk away down the path. The unit was very clean, well stocked with whatever appliance you may need for the week. The complex is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful condo,

This condos has been newly renovated and is in the upscale Wailea area. This Wailea Elua property is one of our favorite. The condo itself is in minutes walking distance from Ulea Beach. The beach has great snorkeling and is great for families with small children. The only setback is that it is close to the road and loud traffic can be heard at time. It is still a 5, and would definitely rent again. We had a wonderful time.

Great location

We loved our stay here. The location is unmatched! We loved the quick access to the pool, beach, and walking trail along all the fancy resorts. The unit was as pictured. Spacious & clean! We were a bit apprehensive about staying somewhere with so much carpet but we’re pleasantly surprised to find the carpet felt super new and clean! We had 2 adult couples and felt plenty of space. Also the deck was a great & quiet place to relax and enjoy the view. The view is better than in photos!

My family of three stay at unit 102 in July 2022 and could not have been happier with the unit. It was decorated beautifully and was stocked with everything you could imagine ever needing. There was lots of attention to detail and touches everywhere that made it feel like home. The view was amazing and despite what other reviewers have said about the road noise, it did not bother us one bit. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay in this same unit!
