Very clean place. Good, beautiful area just a half hour train rain from central London with stations nearby, and big grocery stores for any of my needs. Host was very communicative and kind.If you don’t mind a short 25 minute train into the city, definitely book this place for a peaceful area during a trip to London.

Throughout our stay, we received numerous phone calls from the management, repeatedly questioning us about the cameras. This happened so frequently that it became overwhelming and intrusive. What made it even worse was that we were contacted even when we were not at the property, which felt unnecessary and deeply unsettling. Instead of feeling welcomed or trusted as guests, we felt harassed and constantly watched. I'm having a problem with the host, not anything with the house, so if something isn't working in your house, you have to deal with it; you don't have to disturb someone else for that.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. My intention was not to be intrusive but to ensure the safety of all our guests. We would have taken similar precautions for any safety devices on the property, such as smoke alarms. We made two phone calls to you regarding assistance with rebooting the camera, as we believed this approach would be less disruptive than sending maintenance staff over. When the camera is not receiving video feeds, it sends a notification to the maintenance team. I appreciate your understanding.
