7 bedroom 3.5 bath 4500 square foot 3 level ski home is located right at the base of the Alta/Snowbird resort access road about 9-12 miles to these 2 resorts. Easy access -Brighton and Solitude in 20 minutes. Included in the 7 bedrooms is the 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment that is available at no additional cost, so with the lower level makes a total 7 bedrooms 3.5 baths.

This home is our largest and best located home, and is the closest to the Little Cottonwood canyon base. It offers fabulous views of the Wasatch Mountains from your private hot tub! Two living areas on the main level, a loft family room area on the top level. Free high speed internet, 3 cable HDTVs.
This is a NO EVENT property.

Great house for a large group

Booked this house for a crew of employees working in the area for about 2 months. It was wonderful to have so much space for everyone to have privacy and also to gather for meals and socializing. Wonderful location and gorgeous views.

Great vacation house!

We were a family of10+ traveling to Utah with various interests. Some went skiing, others snowmobiling or shopping. Great accommodations! Will definitely return.

Perfect Home in Perfect Location!

House was fantastic, location could not have been better! We could get to Alta (the groups favorite) in a matter of minutes, but be close to grocery and any other type store we needed. We also like Brighton, so being right smack between all the resorts made this home great for us. We will return!

Lovely rental! Very close to the mountains!

Smooth sailing from start to finish! Kevin is great! Lovely home and accommodated all my needs! The hot tub has an amazing view of the mountains and valley. Not far from the airport either. I could even hitch hike up to snowbird on the powders days to avoid having to drive! Will stay here again for sure!
