This is a remodeled home that is very nice inside. Everything we needed was there big TV, nice couch, good size dinning room table. Good linens. It is on a busy street, but it wasn't bad. Enjoyed our stay. Will rent again if we go to Salt Lake City again.

I’m new to vacation hosting but have been a long-term landlord for many years. I’ve been enjoying making this property into the perfect family-friendly getaway.

I live close by and this house was previously a long-term rental but its perfectly situated location makes it an ideal home base for skiing, hiking, or getting to the city.

The king beds in every room makes this place ideal for couples or even multiple families so no one has to sleep in a bunk bed.
The fully fenced yard with huge fire pit and hot tub has amazing views of the mountains.
The kitchen is so well stocked you might just forget you’re in a rental.
