Great neighborhood and value

We enjoyed our longer term rental (4 weeks) at Sunny Delight. 6 adults and an infant and we were very comfortable in this accommodation. It is an older, somewhat dated home, but had everything we needed. Location was great. A wonderful neighborhood with two pools conveniently located within walking distance to beach. As we ate in a lot and did a fair amount of cooking, we were a little disappointed in the lack of kitchen utensils, etc. The kitchen knives were not good, no wooden spoons, very little storage containers (no matching lids)- mostly a hodgepodge of mismatched items. The only other complaints were an uncomfortable queen mattress (upstairs bedroom) and we found the home to be a little dirty. Overall, though, a good value for a dog friendly rental.

Wonderful place!

Loved the pool being just a few doors down. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet for the most part. Too far from beach to walk, especially while carrying chairs, umbrellas, etc. Just a two-minute drive up, however and beach was clean and the perfect size. Excellent experience!

Family vacation

Enjoyed the kid and pet friendly area. Beds could be a little more comfortable but overall not bad. House was perfect for our family. Need golf cart or bikes for trip to beach.

Fourth of July Celebration

Perfect house for our family! Close to the beach , local family and all that is happening. The house was clean and allowed each family their own area. Great internet provided with up to date tv’s. The kitchen was equipped with basic needs as we cooked often due to covid-19. Very safe and friendly neighborhood 😎🇺🇸

Overall house was clean , rooms were a bit small. Would like if the house came with bikes or gulf cart. Finding a rental for gulf cart was time consuming and most were booked. The reservation prior did not take out trash so when we arrived it was half way full so by the time we checkout our trash bins were overflowing. Some kitchens utensils, and linens need upgraded.

This unit was quite adequate, not spectacular but certainly met our needs. I found a used bandaid in the shower, and the light fixture over the dining table had not been cleaned for some time. TV's were the only real weakness with the unit, but overall we were reasonably pleased.

Comfortable for a family of 8. House needs some updating and a better cleaning

Although the house was comfortable and somewhat clean it’s in need of fresher updates. Not equipped with decent cooking pots and pans, wish I had brought my own . Beach is at least a mile walk so be prepared to walk because beach parking is very limited. Nice property though in a very nice neighborhood

Wonderful neighborhood

This house is in a small community not too far from the beach to walk. It seemed safe and was definitely a family neighborhood. The pools were great! The house needs some attention that I have alerted the rental company about by email. It is in need of a deep clean, especially the kitchen and wood floors. The biggest issue we had was with the kitchen pots, pans and utensils. Many were damaged and the variety was severely limited. The dishes and glassware were in great condition and abundant in number. We had ten people and the supply of bath towels was too small, in my opinion. I have rented homes/condos several times in various locales and this rental had the fewest number of bath towels to use in my experiences. The AC and water heater worked very well for our large group. Because of the issues with the kitchen and cooking utensils, I cannot give this a higher rating than 3, and I would not rent this property again unless I knew the problems had been remedied. When we arrived late Saturday, we discovered the garbage disposal had something in it that should not have been there and maintenance came the next day, Sunday afternoon, and remedied it for us. Very pleased with their response.

Great family vacation

The house was exactly as listed and we had a wonderful stay. The walk to the beach from the house was not a long one, but if taking a lot of stuff I would recommend driving down. The house has plenty of dishes and all the appliances worked as they should. The beds were all comfortable, and the owner even replaced the dining room table during our stay as they had been at the house recently and noticed it was time for a replacement. We will definitely stay here again as we enjoyed everything about it.

Great place to stay

We stayed at this house last week. We had 11 people total and the house had plenty of room. With 3 baths and 4 bedrooms we never felt like we were invading another person's space. The shower drains seemed to be clogged but once I emailed Justin we had someone from maintance there within hours to fix the drains. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet. It is quite a walk to the beach. People in the neighborhood walked but a lot of people rented bikes or golf carts. We rented a golf cart and everyone loved riding to and from the beach. There is special parking at the beach for golf carts. we even drive the golf cart to dinner several nights since there is quite a few shops and restaurants close by. There is two pools. If we ever thought one pool was crowded we would go to the other one and it would be empty. The driveway is only available for 2 cars. There is additional parking right across from the house. The house was clean. We loved the upstairs deck and the open floor plan downstairs for the family to hangout after a long day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!
