About this property
5 Bed in Dre-Fach Felindre (oc-c29875)
Full of character, this impressive property offers plenty of space and facilities, inside and out, for an unforgettable gathering of friends or family. Conveniently located for walking, cycling, boat trips, days at the beach or exploring market towns, it has a lovely garden where you can relax as children and pets play.
Enter this handsomely furnished farmhouse and leave your coats and boots in the hall. In the elegant lounge you’ll find an array of comfortable seating positioned around the wood burner and Smart TV, while the cosy snug has another wood burner and Smart TV, plus a table that’s ideal for an evening of board games. Prepare meals in the kitchen, which boasts a range-style cooker and American-style fridge/freezer. There’s a breakfast table in here for four, while the separate dining room offers a warm and welcoming space – with another wood burner – for lingering over group meals. A shared laundry room is available. You’ll find all five charming bedrooms on the first floor, each with views of countryside or over the farmyard. There’s a super-king-size room that leads to a twin room and a shower room, a king-size, a double, and a family room with a double bed, bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. Completing this floor is the family bathroom. Dine alfresco on the patio or take the steps down to the large lawn and eat by the pond (please take care with children and pets) and the magical summer house.
The historic farm is set within 74 acres of unspoilt Welsh meadows and has 22 miles of footpaths close by to explore. The village pub, shop and fish-and-chip shop is less than 1 mile away, and Newcastle Emlyn is just 3 miles, with Llandysul 6 miles and the beach at Aberporth only 12 miles.
